My first fanfic was written before I even knew what that was. It was Deltora self-insert where Adin the blacksmith would come save me from my middle school math class. All the preppy girls would be so shocked and I could rub it in their face as I left to go fight monsters with him. Ah the good old days.

Never forget that the incredible technical wonder, the Large Hadron Collider, which is created and ran by the some of the greatest minds of our time can’t spell their own creation/workplace sometimes. The BBC and other new sites also tend to screw this up. But thanks to them we get a great chuckle at the Large Hardon Collider 😂

if you guys thought you had a weird middle school experience my whole grade was convinced I was an actual literal werewolf for 3 years to the point where people were afraid of me so come 8th grade the popular girl had a huge Halloween party on her farm that everyone went to that just happened to coincide with the full moon so I staged a whole elaborate ‘transformation’ at the end of the night and scared the shit out of all of them. I don’t think I’ll ever top that

I was 100% sure that I would transform on 18th birthday. I preferred a dragon, but would take werewolf. My birthday is on the first of the month. It was a full moon that year and I received a beautiful moonstone. This had to be the beginning of my transformation cycle. At the end of the month would be a blue moon, when the moon is full twice in one month. I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of transformation. Glad yours worked out better.
