Just want to point out that Christopher Reeve was considering suicide before Robin Williams showed up. He didn’t just make him laugh, he saved Reeve’s life. Also, he paid for Reeve’s medical bills from the accident.

He didn’t just pay for Reeve’s medical bills–the pair were roommates at Julliard, and made a pact that whichever one of them was successful, they’d help support the other. Well, both of them were successful, but then came Reeve’s accident, and when you’ve had a spinal injury, you can burn through your insurance cap very, VERY quickly. Williams went to the hospital and put a blank check down on the counter. Because they were friends and they’d agreed to help each other decades earlier.
It makes me sad we lost Robin, Christopher, and Koko 😰
Robin really did make the world a better place when he was here, and you can’t hope for more than that.
Still miss Robin Williams. The impact that he still has is incredible.
