Why is it that i have to literally BEG my bosses for a holiday to be approved atter having the request in for WEEKS in advance, when my coworkers can have theirs approved the day before and have a week off every other week just because they want to??

And i have my request completely ignored and am scheduled in for those days i specifically ask off when its the only time i can have off this year.

Why am i expected to give all my time and effort to this job when others can give the bare minimum and get more benfits and holidays than me when we're in the same job, same position, same damn paycheck

Why am i expected to pick up everyone else's slack while they can go off and actually have a life outside of their job?
