Sorry for such a big big big delay, 2025 was not my year and sometimes that just happens !

I hope to get back to a decent pace and maybe make less pages at a time, for now though, I hope you all enjoy this moon !

that being said I’m also sorry I keep changing the layout and style, this will likely be the last time as I’m using CSP now (thanks to my friend Appy) and this is the first time I’m using it for something big !

I will continue to use it from now on for this comic !

Been not working on this for a year or so now but recently have picked it back up again

This webcomic is called Stargazers, where some entity from a distant unknown location amongst the cosmos watches a story unfold on a planet long passed.

Unfortunately further stuff such as setting and many other factors are still being worked on, and I am to share my progress here, so do stick around if you’d like !

Please note, this was not inspired by any other webcomic and I’ve been working on this for years, just haven’t had the confidence to push on until now !

Hi guys !!

I know I haven’t put up much recently but that’s due to irl things as well as other factors, but I will get back onto things soon !

For now, I’d like to say a small thing:

From the start, this comic isn’t meant to last long. Because I’ve always been planning to make my own passion project webcomic, but it’s been in the works for YEARS due to me wanting to perfect the story and everything to my standards !

That being said, I am still a LONG ways from that and this clangen will still keep going, don’t worry, I’ve got a story to tell here too !

But I wanted to also share the progress of that future webcomic I’m working on as I’ve begun concept art again, so if you like reading this webcomic then I completely suggest you stay tuned with my passion project !

I'm curious, how did you do the clangen behind the scenes? Like, did you objectify the cats from the normal clangen or is there an OSC ver or what?

I turned the cats into objects !

They aren’t fully based on the cats patterns and such but still, as for the other stuff I think I do what quite a few clangen comics do which is just base scenes off of what seems interesting that moon and converting it into a scenario that fits the current setting

I do mess with the files a bit to modify some stuff here and there, especially to keep the cats alive so they don’t die of old age

I also add my own stuff to just add interesting stuff as well as follow a general vague story I want to tell and I like to skip a few moons forward to see what happens up ahead so I can make things connect better

I probably could say a lot more with a question that’s more into specifics, but that’s all I can really think of at the moment !

I was planning to do a drawn announcement thing but I feel I’ll wear myself out if I did unfortunately

So instead I will give a text based announcement:

Hi everyone, I’d like to let you all know that there will be quite a few changes to this comic !

If you’ve seen the Vault9 update, I offered to do a part of the moon, unfortunately it ended up taking quite a while due to unpredictable circumstances and overall a lot needing to be done but it got done and I’m very happy with the end result !!

But I can say that that format is around how I hope to continue this comic, as it allows for deeper storytelling and I can erm cheat some stuff to reduce my own stress

I’d also like to inform you all that the warnings for this clangen comic will change, we will be getting into much stronger topics, nothing extreme just more so to fit the environment these characters are in

This clangen is a massive practice for me as I plan to make a bigger and more personal webcomic when I feel I’m ready, so expect a lot of experimenting if that wasn’t an expectation already

There will also be slight redesigns and very light coloring changes

Week 138 (5/5)

Warning: This is much more violent than V9 usually is, with damage to a character's face/eyes. It's not super gory but it's intense.

Leer is alive as of this post, and is exiled ! Mostly to make a point, because he is is seriously injured and has been blinded, so Charger believes that makes even more of a statement for however long he can survive out there. Also this update was made possible by @starstorm-impurity ! Who is behind @the-misplaced-osc ! Star did the sketches/lines/formatting/etc and even tweaked and rewrote my dialogue ! I just colored and planned the original version of the scene. It was a super fun collab!
