Important Update: the platform is no longer accepting volunteers due state persecution 🙁 If you want to help still and live abroad, please consider donate to certified entities acting in Venezuela without government connections. A lot is happening in the country after the earthquake, there are people trapped still under the rubble. As time goes by it gets harder to save them so any action is crucial. Volunteers from outside Spanish speaking countries are there right now to help and this is where they need your support!

If you speak Spanish plus any other language, they are searching for volunteers to help translate the dialogue between the rescue team and the locals. If you know some medical vocab, even better!

It took me about a minute to register at their website, you can choose the time of the day when you are available (Venezuela is under GMT -5), the languages you speak other than Spanish and the what would be the best way to get in touch with you (if you have WhatsApp even better). Please, if you can, consider be a volunteer: click here to register

I don't know if anyone has ever deep dived into game lore and actually knows the answer, but what if Joel wasn't a single father at the beginning of TLoU?

What if he was a widow? I always found a little weird that neither Tommy or Joel got afraid for other family members like their parents, for example. The strangest reaction to me is Sarah: she doesn't ask for her mom, to make sure that she is okay and I don't think it is because her mom is stranded, I think it might be because she was already dead.

Maybe Joel was single because of a perpetous mourning for his late wife/girlfriend, maybe she died on childbirth. Maybe he got together then with Tess because he couldn't bear losing the two women of his life, he put her on the highest shelf while trying to keep his distance too.

Idk, I've been thinking a lot about early TLoU lore and what Joel's life looked like.

Once again, I was daydreaming and thinking about what ifs, this time I bring you: Din Djarin x blind!reader.

She was born blind, can't see not even shadows and light. Din met her during a bounty, but she has no idea that he is a Mandalorian. For some reason he had an issue that made his helmet get off, she helped him to put it back on and he got totally smitten with the way her sweet hands felt his face features. Now he is in love with her and keeps breaking the creed to be next to her without the helmet on, even if she has no idea about it because to her he is just a regular traveller in her planet.

Just food for thought.

I don't know what happens inside my head that all my dreams with Pedro Pascal are weird AF. Tonight I dreamt that he was my old roomie's uncle and she was mad at him for not making space in his agenda for her and her son.

So he got a spot for them and took them out on a private screening The Mandalorian and Grogu in Spanish (she is Peruvian) in LA, she invited me to go with them and I got surprised to find out he was their uncle.

Also got incredibly shy, so I just pretended that he didn't occupy 90% of my brain and let him enjoy his family for a moment. He was such a 50 year old dude behaving like her son was his grandson, cute.

Anyway, ⭐⭐⭐⭐ rate cause we did spoke a little in Spanish about why movie teathers are so fucking cold.

Ok, so I was showering and thinking about Dieter saying "I love you" to his hook up, but she gets weirded out by it since he said the same to Anika during the events of The Bubble and well, he was quite out of his mind so she thinks he said out of impulsiveness instead of feeling. She will believe him the day he gets able to prove his love.

So he gets obsessive about it, why can't she say it back at him and tries to get some reasoning from his therapist who only says that he needs to actually find the answer by himself.

Since he is a lazy motherfucker he googles "how can I know if it is real love" just to find a book with the same title written by you, a journalist for an important newspaper who had a column about love and human relationships from different specialists point of view.

He gets obsessive with the book, pitches a new show to his favourite producer: a limited series with him and you travelling around the globe to have a 1:1 with the said specialists. He truly believes that with this project his hook up will agree that yes, he definitely loves her and is willing to prove it. He needs her to say "I love you" back to him.

What Dieter doesn't know is that your love life is shitty. You got dumped by your fiancee at the altar because he read your columns and realised that he didn't love you, he was in love with his male best friend instead. So now you are single, desperately trying to get money in order to move out of the house where you, your ex and his current boyfriend live together.

You really don't want to accept Dieter's business proposal, but he offered one million dollars for 5 episodes. 3 months of travelling, a small crew, 4 countries, just you and him talking about love. He is trying everything he can to get you on board, so you accept it.

And that's all I got by the end of my shower. I can't stop thinking about it. Might turn into a small series.

life update: 3 weeks in Brazil flew by within reconnecting with my childhood friends, meeting for the first time and traveling through the country with my friend from India, reuniting 4 of my 10 roommates who lived with me in Peru (I haven't seen them in almost four years), and getting together with my best friends

the immigrant life is about finding your people again and again, I'm so glad that I chose to spend my vacation in my home country with those who I love 🥹🩷

got so hyped that I'm writing again!
