     Hey, guys. I know I have not been too active here lately but I wanted to quickly hop on to share this with everyone. I’ve mentioned this in the past: sexual assault is a real problem and not a joke. This includes male sexual assault. 

     I’ve realized that I never did a good job at providing resources for those who have been assaulted. I wanted to take the time to share this website with my followers since statistically speaking, it is likely several of you have been assaulted or know someone who has.

 If you have been assaulted, please know that this is not your fault. You also do not deserve what happened and you were not asking for it. Please do not be afraid to reach out and ask for help. You are not alone and you do not have to process this alone. Sexual assault can be traumatic and there is nothing wrong with asking for help. RAINN is a great way to start.
