Thoughts I have before therapy: wow I can’t wait to get help on my productivity

Thoughts I have after therapy: I’m an idiot. I don’t know anything I’m incompetent. It shouldn’t be this hard, it’s not this hard for anyone else. I don’t know how to do anything and all it would take to figure it out is literally 5 seconds of googling. But I’m lazy. That’s my problem. Then I sit there for hours acting like it’s something else and I ask “ohhh what do I do!?” as if I don’t know. I just make excuses. Because I want to be watching YouTube and scrolling Tumblr. I don’t want to do anything. I just have to get over myself. I’m a stupid idiot a stupid fucking idiot. I can’t do anything because I’m a lazy ass. I blame everyone but myself for everything when I am my only real problem. I try to redirect to my friends and family but it’s me. I’m the issue. They don’t even know any of this why would it be them. I’m a bad friend. I need to make more of an effort to not be a lazy ass. I need to just bite the bullet and put my phone down and get shit done, and I’ve known this for weeks already but I haven’t done it because I’m a pathetic wet blanket of a person and all I want to do is get the instant gratification of scrolling. I. Need. To. Get. Over. It. I need to take action about things for once in my life. Gosh.
