I'd like to imagine that katniss and peeta are the type of people that whenever they're sick, they act stubborn as hell and dont rest like they should.

Like I'm just picturing katniss dragging herself out of bed to hunt, and then her and peeta have a whole back and forth for like 15 minutes with katniss being like "Peeta im fine I'm not that sick* as she's like sniffling and shivering

And then when peeta gets sick they switch roles. Peeta wakes up at like 3am to start getting everything ready for the bakery and he's like "no katniss im fine" cause he doesn't wanna be an inconvenience :(

And she sees him shaking cause the sickness is making his body weaker, and ofc katniss everdeen ain't having that shit cause she refuses to let her precious bread boy suffer😤

(But he eventually folds bc hello? Workplace hygiene? He knows he can't risk sneezing on no damn cupcakes and having a health inspector called.)
