my advice for 2018
Design your life
Think of your life as a blank canvas for a moment. See all what you want to accomplish as the paint to apply to your canvas. I came up with a short well not so short quote for you guys to meditate on a bit. " Your life is a blank canvas. Your achievements, downfalls, big and small moments are your paint. Your paintbrushes are your life decisions." We are all born with a blank canvas awaiting for us to paint it the way we want to shape our lives. Sometimes we let people take and control our paintbrushes in our lives which can lead to mercurial changes. When things are terrible we get so caught up in the descructive, self defeating mindset even long after they leave us we ruin our canvas but little do we know that with a little cleaner the paint can be removed and re-painted into something beautiful. Our lives are meant to be lived to fullest and greatest of our capacity. We must not let other people especially those who are mere spectators to the art work that is our lives dictate our pintbrushes and paint our canvas in their liking. So take back your brush wash it out get some rubbing alcohol clean up that canvas of yours and start shaping and designing your life, even if your canvas is damaged or broken it doesnt matter all that matters is your finished product, which is your greatest masterpiece you can create.
Whatever your story is, you will overcome. Whatever your pain is, you will heal. Be patient. And trust in your own power.

When you love someone, you say their name different. Like it’s safe inside your mouth.

So I went to an art conference at my school. We discussed things there, like how colors can be very powerful and our subconscious picks up the subtlest of hints. Pixar’s UP was a very unforgettable example. The colors of UP had a lot to do with why we cried. You all know what I’m talking about, right??
Ellie’s death.
We were told that her color was pink. That’s why her hospital room had pinkish hue.
And the next scene had strong pink hues. He misses her. I think it’s got strong colors because of her personality.
Also, It’s like her presence is still lingering.
When he got home, only a small part of the frame (window on the right) has a pink hue as the sun is setting. By now, we know her presence is drifting away.
Mr. Fredricksen walks up the porch and goes into his house.
And when he shuts the door, the final frame looks like this:
Ellie is gone.
The entire frame is desaturated and cold because the warmth in Mr. Fredrickson’s life is gone.
And that’s another reason why this masterpiece is heart-wrenching. And that’s how powerful colors are in films.
Thanks, I hate it!

Work for want you want
I know this person on a personal level you can say we are best friends. I always check on him I have his back 1000% he has mine the same. Today is the day I witnessed a change in him, the change I waited 3 years for. He became the person I always knew he was from the day I met and today he said these words and I quote
[ I'll get over it... and everything. I can't fail. I come to realise we all live and die once.. there will never a *insert name here* like me ever again.I will succeed.I'm going to go all out... I've come to realise that belief is everything... once a man puts his mind to something. It will be accomplished.

4 Lessons From “The Greatest”
On 3 June 2016 one of the greatest and most inspirational sportsmen in history died.
For years I have read and watched everything I could find about him.
These are the four most powerful lessons and thoughts I learned from “The Greatest”…
First of all YOU have to see it..
“Champions aren’t made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them - a desire, a dream, a vision.“
Ali knew that he is made for greatness. He deeply believed that he is (going to be) the best there is in his sport - and he was never shy to let the world know… But apart from all the rhymes and jabs - he was a master of the inner dialog, the maestro of his own mind.
He saw greatness when nobody else saw him at all.
We are all salesmen
Ali was a sales genius marketing his own brand - long before the word personal brand was even invented. You wanna know what that looked like:
But don’t get that wrong: all the bragging would not have had the effect that it had, hadn’t his actions followed his words! But it started with the show and the marketing. He managed to become a famous person, a hero, a media phenomenon and a sports brand respected and admired for decades - to the very last day of his life and beyond.
(His worlds would not have been enough to do so - that is for sure. But his boxing wouldn’t have either.)
Preparation is everything
"The fight is won or lost far away from witnesses - behind the lines, in the gym, and out there on the road, long before I dance under those lights.”
He trained like a machine (hating every minute of it). He was disciplined and mentally strong. Not just a showman. He delivered. And he only could because of his relentless preparation regime. An example:
Once asked for the number of situps he does in a normal workoput he replied: “I have no idea. I start when it starts hurting.”
Being great inspires greatness in others
Ali became more than a boxer. He became a legend, a world known brand and an icon.
Because of his success, his personality and his courage…
I have no idea if Ali knew what we do today - but in retroperspective he managed to inspire athletes all around the plantet across all kinds of sports and over decades. He ispired sports brands, managers as well es school kids to believe in their their goals and to work hard.
To take away: You may not box like Ali, you may not float like a butterfly or dance like the heavy-weight champ…
… but you can believe in yourself, market your band, prepare and perform like him!
And you can inspire those around you - by being The Greatest version of you!
Your m - dancing, floating, stinging…
