who do your kids look and act most like?
Luna looks like me with her father's hair and acts most like her father.
Natasha is a little clone of her father and acts a lot like both of us.
Leia looks like me and acts like her father.
Luke looks like his father and acts like me.
It had been five years since the Empire rose. Five years since Padmé Amidala had died and left her children behind.
So it was quite a shock to wake up.
She awoke in her old bed at Varykino, with Anakin sleeping next to her.
What... what was this?
She stood up, making her way out of bed. Not seeing Anakin's yellow eyes open.
She makes her way to the first bedroom, and peeked in, gasping.
It was Luna. Her 8 year old daughter was still asleep, considering how early in the morning it was.
Padmé rushed out of the room, making her way to the next room. Inside had to be Luke. The next room was Leia. And the final room was Natasha.
She gasped as she finally took it all in. Her family was alive. She was alive.
"...Natasha," she said.
-@theamidalaa
The little girl shifted slightly upon hearing her name being called, ready to succumb to sleep once more and snuggle deeper under the covers. But.. something felt wrong. This was a voice she could not recall hearing. But it was gentle. Loving, even. And definitely not the voice belonging to her aunt Kamila. Normally she wouldn’t struggle to get up, for her cot was uncomfortable due to their circumstances of living.. but where she was laying right now was.. it felt like she was laying on a soft cloud. Warm and comforting.
Her heart leaps.
“Aunt Kamila?” She calls out. No response.
Her eyes snapped open to make contact with a beautiful woman. A stranger. And where exactly was she?! The last thing she remembers was being asleep beside her aunt Kamila in their small hut on Balmorra. There was no aunt Kamilla. And this was not Balmorra.
A terrified high pitched scream escapes her lips. Natasha bolts upright from the bed.
"Natasha!" Padmé held out her hands to show she wasn't going to hurt her. "It's alright, don't... don't you remember me?"
Padmé didn't really believe she would, but she had hoped.
She could hear voices from the other rooms now and looked at Natasha. "It's okay. I'm your mommy, sweetheart."
“Aunt Kamila!”
Her heart felt as if it was going to burst.
Blue eyes were so wide, searching frantically for a way out.
“I don’t know you!” Fat tears roll down Natasha’s cheeks.
She cries louder for help. For Kamila Kenobi.
Padmé watched as Anakin came into the room.
"Natasha, it's okay. Don't you remember us?" And as he smiled at her he pushed onto her a force suggestion. Was that the best way to handle this? No probably not.

I’d love to do a collab with you!!!🥰 I have been versed in Star Wars CANON for over 20 years now and my obsession has YET to cease 👍🏼
Awesome, message me!
Why do you hate Andrea so much?
I don't hate her, she's my sister in law.
Luna and Natasha are out of control. They’d better watch themselves.
Don't threaten my children. Ever.

"So you say," Padme looked angrily at her servant. "Yet my children have disappeared into the depths of Coruscant because of your 'help', so excuse me if I don't want any more of it."
"I told them to stay in the upper levels, but they didn't listen to me, your majesty," Nakia said, her head bowed. "I will gather some troopers to go find them, if you will allow it."
"Get out," Padme says sternly. "Feel lucky I do not tell my husband of this, and get out. I will send someone else after them."
"Yes, your majesty," Nakia bowed her head and left.
Padme sighed. "I suppose I'll have to call Andrea." She said with a long sigh. She and Andrea didn't get along, but Andrea loved her nieces and nephew.
She turns on her comm.
"Andrea? I need your help."
@skylxdy
"I thought we agreed to stay out of each others way?" Andrea drawled as she showed up on the holo.
"The children are missing," Padme said without preamble. "And I'm not sending someone who is likely to panic... they trust you," She got those words out painfully. "Can you find them?"
"Of course I can," Andrea said, her joking manner leaving her. "If they haven't split up, it'll be easy. They had better not have split up, I will lose it." She shook her head. "Lower levels of Coruscant I'm guessing? I'll be there within the hour.
"...thank you," Padme said, turning off the holo.

Natasha bows her head, hiding behind her messy blonde waves. Her mother, the Empress of the Galaxy, beautiful and elegant, must be growing tired of telling her youngest off by now. Out of the triplets, it was Natasha who was the most quiet. But she could be the most chaotic as well. Outdoing Leia who was a force to be reckoned with.
“Leia is worse than me.” She defended. “And it’s not my fault I was pushed!”
Nakia, a trusted force sister and the Skywalkers chosen babysitter, had lost it when she realised her youngest charge had been shoved by senator Organa’s nephew, who was wound up so tight by Leia.
“I punched him like I know daddy would’ve wanted me to.” It was either that, or force choke him. And they needed to remain on good terms with Alderaan. So the latter had to be avoided. “I defended myself like Luke and Leia would’ve.”
"We have to be seen as better, darling," Padme said, sympathetic to her daughters' plight, but she had to remain stern. "We can't be seen fighting like common street people. One day you and your siblings will inherit the galaxy, Natasha, and you will have to learn to use a... gentler hand." Her daughter was no politician, but she would still help run the galaxy one day, as was her birthright.
“I am gentle, mama.” She reminded her. Perhaps too gentle. But there was an anger there. A fierce temper. A darkness. And Senator Organa’s nephew got a brief glimpse of it.
Her blue eyes stare off out the window, marvelling Alderaan’s beauty. It rivalled her mothers home planet, Naboo. She wished to go back there after their stay with the Organa family.
“I won’t inherit the galaxy, mama. Luke will.” Leia would be by his side through thick and thin, the politician of the family like their mother. Luna would likely be their general. A trusted advisor. But Natasha? She doesn’t see herself having a future as a princess of the galaxy. “Leia will be like you. Luna will fight. But I’ll be nothing.”
"You are my daughter. You will find yourself important to history," Padmé said. It wasn't an order. More of an observation. Or a belief. She just knew her daughter's and son would all grow up to be important. After all, look at their parents. "And I know. I know you are gentle. But you have to learn how to control it. There are times anger is needed. And times gentleness is needed. You need to figure out when these times are."
Natasha bites her bottom lip but says nothing, slowly zoning out of the conversation, imagining a life where she wasn’t feared and an outcast. Where she was not a disappointment.
One minute she’s too gentle and quiet, more than Luke. Her father always urged her to stand her ground. To show others the error of their ways if they even dared lay a hand or insult a child of the Emperor. Then when she does, hoping to make the man proud, she is told to do the opposite. To not be angry and retaliate in self defence. To be quiet and composed, something a princess of the galaxy should be, according to her mother.
Honestly, it felt like her sisters Luna and Leia could get away with murder at this rate.
“Can I leave?” She suddenly blurts out. “Can I go with aunt Andy?”
"Andy?" Pamde said in confusion. "Why her?" She felt disgruntled, remembering her conversation with Andrea a few days ago.
About how she was crushing her daughter...
"I-" She sighs. "I suppose... it wouldn't hurt as long as Andrea stays with you."
“Why not her?” She mimics her mother in confusion. “She’s my aunt. If I get to spend time with aunt Sola, why not aunt Andy?”
A part of her thought her mother was a little bit jealous of her fathers closeness with her aunt. They had a bond no one could rival.
Her Skywalker blue eyes sparkle, and she beams in delight.
“Really mama!? I can!? Will daddy be okay with it!?”
"Your father trusts her, it will be fine. Go on... have fun," Padme said, disguising the hurt in her voice. She knew this would be good for Natasha, but that didn't mean it hurt any less. To be told she was crushing her daughter... for it to be true.

"I will endeavor to take that as a compliment Andrea, because otherwise you are skirting dangerously close to a line with that tone of yours. Now what have I done now?" Padmé looked at her sister in law with barely disguised distaste.
"You are crushing Natasha. She doesn't want to be royalty but you are forcing it on her, you are trying to force her to be something she's not, and it is crushing her. Every time you do it, you tell her that she's not good enough." Andrea said defiantly.
"Nobody speaks to me that way," Padme looked taken aback. "I-" She sighs. "I only push Natasha to help her, I am not crushing her. She's fine, she loves me."
"Does her loving you make her fine? You can love someone and be crushed by them," Andrea retorted.
"Get out of my office," Padme stood up with a stony glare. "Don't come back." She points at the door.
