       Whenever I am asked what is the reason behind my certain decision, I immediately say these two, broad words- “No reason.” They ask me questions like- “Why did you choose this?”, “Why do you feel this way?”, “Why are you crying?”, most probably every “why” questions there is. But, at a millisecond after it has been asked, I respond “no reason”, instantly without a doubt. It is a form of a feedback mechanism, where our minds are fed up with rumbled thoughts, that it comes to the point that the easiest thing to say are those two words, and nothing else. It is not a form of lying, it is the art of choosing not to tell. It is the quickest way to answer without having to compose our thoughts. But deep down within ourselves, there is actually a reason, but we just couldn’t say it out loud, or sometimes we really don’t know the real reason. It may seem illogical that we have been able to decide on certain things, yet we don’t know the reason behind it. It is like saying- “I’m fine”, but you’re really not. Or at least you’re not sure if you are. Because sometimes in life, it is better to handle your own shit alone, than sharing it to others. Not by the reason of being judged, but the fear of not being understood. Afterall, you are the only one who can truly understand yourself.
