So this confession popped up in the Catwoman and Selina Kyle tags the other day. Regardless of OP’s feelings about Gotham, he’s calling the fifteen year old actress Camren Bicondova a whore. She has a Tumblr, which she browses frequently to reblog stuff from the Selina Kyle and Catwoman tags. Not only is this confession gross as fuck for projecting sexually onto her by calling her a whore, but it’s also really psychologically damaging to see people hating you for literally no other reason than playing a role in a TV show.
2. No confessions will be made that are extremely sexual/graphic. There are younger people that visit this blog and they do not need to see that.
This was in their guidelines and whore is both sexual and graphic, so clearly, this was violating the rules from the start. A friend of mine and I sent in polite asks off anon requesting that the confession be taken down. I don’t have hers here, but she said her language was similar to mine and this is what I sent.

WE DO NOT make the confessions. It’s not our opinion. It’s people that send in some kind of confession and we post it on a picture.
I hate to have to say this oh…like every day, but if some people took the time to read the info on the side of the page, they would see that it’s the case that they think it is.
Throw your hate on the people that agree with the confession, not us.
Apparently politely worded inquiries are what passes for hate these days.
These moderators literally made the confessions.They read that over, thought it was fine, slapped it on a picture, and posted it to the blog. They ignored their own set guidelines to do this. Despite their attempts at avoiding and refusing to take responsibility, they’re deliberately perpetuating this misogyny and enabling the OP to throw slurs at a minor who has never personally done anything to them. Tumblr acts as a safe space for a lot of people and Camren should be able to come on here without having to see this kind of shit.
So if you could take a minute, spread this around or better yet, tell them how you really feel off anon, we can unfuck her safe space.
