The Body farm uses the magically inclined tissue matter harvested from the Mycelium farmers like Shea to grow various body parts and organic material, all sorts of limbs and such are carved and planted to be grown into healthy pieces that are then harvested, and sent to whoever needs them. Once received, a specialist will cut to correct size and then with the combined efforts of magic and surgery, attach the mushroom piece wherever wanted, with time it will become infused in the patients system, practically impossible to perceive as false.

I would except I fear none of my work is worth having moots, as much as I would love having mutuals that enjoy the fandoms and stuff I do its really difficult for me to put myself out there to do that first dm when I've been lurking and liking and only commenting on their stuff.
