My Input
I am personally disgusted by the behavior of many individuals that have been involved in the Arkn mythos. Constant bickering, blaming, and arguing has led to people getting hurt, playing victim, hurting others, and ultimately causing what we have created here to fall in on itself. I am absolutely disappointed in what I have seen in my absence.
I love this Mythos. I love our story. I love the sense of community and trust we had in the past. But, over petty reasons, individuals who I will not call out, creators and fans, our structure we have built has fell.
I did not want to post my opinion on this, but I have to. I feel as one of the main creators, I simply cannot go to the side about this. I have watched my friends lose each other, learn to hate each other, and not set examples for those who watch us and look up to us. And for this I am sorry.
I am apologizing to all of the fans who have seen us fall apart. You deserve so much more than what we have given you, and for that I am sorry. I am apologizing for my silence while this issue progressed, because that may have worsened it. But most of all, I am sorry that we weren't what you all wanted us to be. People that brought each other together instead of tearing apart.
I am currently working on a personal project entitled "WhiteRidge" which I hope will be enjoyable for you all. I will be completing Mayhem Theory, in my own time, and with my own storyline. It pains me that many plans we had for our story, and we had many, will not come to fruition because of the splintering of our community. But I will try to give the best ending possible to Gabriel, Raziel, Azazel, Phoenix, and Chamuel. I owe you all at least that.
Afterward, I believe my work in this mythos will cease. I will still be an active fan and member on the sidelines, but with the current events I feel that it is time for new members to take leadership and make their own stories and characters much like we did. Make the new Mythos your own.
I love this story, and I will always remember it. Thank you all so much for your support, friendship, and community.
