It's a lot healthier to go for a daily walk than to sign up for a gym membership you won't be using because you hate that kind of exercise. It's a lot healthier to eat a frozen meal than to skip a meal because you were too tired to cook something healthy. It's a lot healthier to take a quick shower than to procrastinate an elaborate routine for days. Don't aim so high that you won't be hitting anything!
this is actually really helpful and affirming thanks

I would let a racoon do surgery on me
Have you seen their little hands? Those motherfuckers would give me a great heart transplant for the low low cost of a cold pizza slice
you do realize where racoons' little hands have been right
is that the...only reason you wouldn’t let a raccoon give you a heart transplant?
Come on! They are so well known for washing their hands that they’s called “washing bears” in German! You don’t have to worry about where their hands have been!
Well! you heard it folks, getting a heart transplant from a raccoon is perfectly safe!
where is the raccoon getting the heart
don't worry about it

The first "I love you".
It’s sad when a man feels intimidated by a woman just because he doesn’t feel good enough within himself to the degree that he always settles for less just because he thinks he can’t put up with a powerful intense woman.
It’s sad when a woman feels she has to give her all to be accepted and loved that she fails to maintain boundaries or wastes her effort on someone who doesn’t give to her equally. Again, it’s all about not believing in one’s worth...thinking she is not enough to keep a healthy relationship or to make it happen.
The Chaser-Runner dynamic is very common. And the parent child relationship dynamic is also very common. It all boils down to fear of rejection that creates resistance and blockages in the face of a real genuine emotional connection.
You deserve a strong loving woman.
You deserve a loving committed man.
You are enough and worthy.
If you weren’t brought up to believe that, reprogram yourself and watch wonders as they happen.
Know your worth and act upon it; but always be humble and kind.
I'll be coming for your love, okay?
I don't talk about him. I never do; not even to myself. He is a floating cloud on the backdrop of my mind. The kind of cloud that it is sneaking on you and you are the one shying away from it. A hide and seek game but not my favourite type.
He left with no goodbye. He left suddenly. He left without explanation or excuse. He just left. All alone. From the top of the mountains.
I was there when they brought him back. Dressed in white. Wrapped in white. In a white carriage. Or an ambulance if you prefer... We weren't there to greet him with smiles and gleeful shouts on his latest work. There was a deafening silence. It is funny how oxymorons are so true at times. There was not a sound on the street and somehow it made it much more heavier, sadder and gloomier than any crowds in lamentation, wailing.
Only weeping hearts could be heard. I remember sitting on the sidewalk with tears running down my face in silence and it was so cold but for some childish reason I decided that by not putting my hoodie on, I would be feeling you and being closer to you in your last moments. There was a girl there, we locked eyes and I think each of us was wondering who the other one was to you but anyone could clearly see that loving you united us both. We were all there, all of us strangers to each other but you brought us together and there was a common understanding, between us. They say grieving is a personal process but I guess we all shared some part of it and we understood each other's shock, disbelief and anger.
You left and took a part of me with you. I think even two. A bit of my heart, a bit of my voice.
من باب الدنيا لباب الجنة يا حبيبي.
I miss you
That's such a nice thing to hear, specially in rocky times. :) If you don't personally know me, this is even more heartwarming, if you do, do come forward and tell me who you are. I'd love to catch up if life drove us apart. :)
Whoever you are, wherever you are, thank you and sending you a virtual hug.
