The chilled air around him was intoxicating this time of night. More so than the cheap booze being sold at that cocktail bar downstairs, at least. Jesse rolled up his sleeves over his elbows to let more of the cool breeze wash over him, and tugged at his bowtie for probably the hundredth time over the span of that evening. Damn thing would go back to bugging him in no time at all, but it gave him something to do with his hands and that was more important than whether or not he was wrinkling up the stupid piece of fabric.
