New Kid in South Park (Kenny x OC)
Just a little fanfic that I'm redoing from fanfic! This story has older characters who are all 18+ and some events have changed from the show and game.
It was only six months ago when a casual conversation over dinner with his parents turned into him packing up his whole life and moving across the country all because his mom found something worth writing about. His mom was the type of person who would go to haunted places, weird cult events and anything in between to study for her job.
He began to reply the conversation in his head as he looked outside the cars window, taking in the snow that he wasn't used to seeing in the city. His mum had read some articles about a place called called South Park in Colorado and immediately began one of her usual hyper fixation on it. At first she mostly talked about how there was always some weird deaths happening, or anomalies that she found interesting and wanted to visit. It sounded fun.
Of course, both Blue and his dad thought it would be another fun trip for the summer like the ones they had taken many times in the past. That was until a house popped up for sale and his mom immediately decided this was the place for her.
Now here they were pulling into a red brick two story house that had been freshly shoveled to make it more welcoming but really it showed how old it was and somehow looked like every other house on the street.
Blue grabbed his bag and a few other things from the trunk of the sedan and moved past some of the movers and over to his mum, who was excitedly planning every section of the house. His mom, was well into her forties but you couldn't even tell from how well she kept up with herself. She was a natural blonde but kept her hair a dark brown that could pass for black and her makeup was always bare minimum but enough to keep her glowing.
"Hey honey, you can go ahead and put your things upstairs in your room. I also told some of the movers to put your books in the loft in the attic so you could have your own little space." She was almost grinning ear from ear as she shoved another box into Blue arms, and shooed him away excitedly.
He knew the loft was a, "I'm sorry we picked up our whole lives and you left all your friends behind but now you have your own space to do whatever." type of gift but he didn't really mind too much.
Their old house was smaller with just two bedrooms and a little kitchen but now there was enough space for his mom to have an office, him a bedroom and a hideaway area. He was excited to have more space but was already missing his friends and old room.
He peeked into the three rooms to figure out which was his, stopping once he saw a few boxes labeled, 'Blue's stuff' and plopped everything in his arms onto the bed. It was obvious from how everything was set up that his mom and dad put a lot of thought into the layout. Everything in the room was unpacked for the most part, including his computer and bed which made him happy to know he didn't just spend hours on a plane and then another 8 hours in a car just to have to unpack everything.
He took in the dark blue painted walls, planning every poster and vinyl he was going to set up to make it feel like home.
He pulled his phone out of pocket seeing a notification from a few social media posts he used and saw his friend Kimmy tagged him in their story. He leaned against the wall, looking at the collages of pictures of them and a few friends with the caption, 'Best last day with the loser squad' which was their inside joke of how they were called losers in school. They spent the whole day stopping by various places in Seattle to make his last day the best.
Every picture had his shaggy dark blue hair almost drenched from the unusually hard rain that day but he was still smiling in every pic. He had even gotten his septum repierced which Kimmy included, his face was all scrunched up making is vertical labret poke out which made him laugh.
A text came through from Kimmy asking for pics of his room and asking a million questions about if he had seen anything spooky yet. He chuckled knowing she was referring to some of the articles they had looked up after his mom said they were moving.
He moved across the room to the window to get a full view of his set up and turning to get some of the view from his window. He didn't even think before clicking the capture button before completely going white.
As if perfect timing, a group of what he assumed were people around his age were standing directly outside on the sidewalk looking at his house, when he took the pic. He quickly moved to the side and hoped they didn't think he was taking a picture of them.
Before he could even check the photo his mom called down to him. "Blue could you get the door please." He rolled his eyes knowing full well the door was wide open because the movers but bit his tongue. "Coming."
He quickly came down the stairs and over to the door to see the five boys he had seen from his window. "O-Oh hi...um could I help you guys?" He mentally cursed to himself feeling like he just sounded like an asshole.
They were all dressed for the weather, with hoodies, beanies and various other winter attire. There was a slight moment of silence before the boy with the lime-green ushanka spoke up and handed over a tupperware of food. "Hey, my mom made you guys some lasagna as a welcome to the neighborhood type thing." Blue took it and was about to introduce himself, when his mom came strolling over leaning on him and waving to the boys.
"Good evening boys! Are you making some friends honey?" Blue's cheeks burned with embarrassment as he quickly moved the container into his mom's hand and tried ushering her away. "This should probably go into the fridge." His mom immediately caught on and nodded before going off into the kitchen, giving the boys one last wave.
Before Blue could even say anything the larger boy in a red jacket blurted out, "Whoa dude your moms hot." Which immediately gained him a rough elbow in his side from the other boy who was wearing a blue beanie and brown jacket. "Shut up fat ass."
He turned his attention to Blue clearing his throat. "Sorry about that, I'm Stan and the fat ass's name is Cartman." Cartman shoved him back almost making the two fall of the patio when the green ushanka hat boy told them to stop and they both immediately straightened themselves out. "I'm Kyle and this is Kenny." He pointed over to the last boy, who was covered tightly in an orange hooded parka, and gave Blue a wave.
Kyle spoke again, "We all live down the road and besides my mom making some food we wanted to see who the new kid was."
"Oh, I'm Blue. Do you all go the school down the road? They all nodded in agreement, Stan speaking this time. "Yeah this shit hole only has one school so all the grads attend it."
Before Blue could say anything Cartman spoke up, "Anyway new kid, I know your dying to be in our friend group so why don't you meet us all at the lake tonight? There's a big bonfire happening and I was able to score us some drinks."
"You mean your mom got them for you." Kyle said making Blue chuckling watching the group argue with one another.
"I could probably go but I haven't really seen the area so would need someone to show me." The five boys began to exchange words back and forth.
"I can't show them, I'm meeting Wendy and my parents think we are going to the movies" Stan said, nudging Kyle who rolled his eyes. "Dude me and Bebe already planned to meet at the mall so she can get a new outfit."
Cartman shook his head. "Well I'm already going to busy picking out some sweet tunes so it's a no from me." Cartman looked over at Kenny who hadn't said a single word. "What about Kenny? His parents won't even notice he is gone and he doesn't live that far away."
Blue couldn't hear Kenny's voice fully seeing as his face was practically covered but from the boys reaction it was clear he agreed and put his hand out. "So i can text you." His voice was somewhat raspy but very soft. Blue nodded, handing his phone over to him and he quickly put in his number before handing it back.
Cartman spoke up. "We all will be there around 10pm so Kenny will get you and you both can meet us there." The group gave him a wave before making their way down the snow covered sidewalk,
Super long but little introduction and hopefully you all like it! And will post more if the reaction is good !
