I don't wanna know about your exes or the girls who had the hots for you, because clearly they didn't score well enough to be in your life right now. They have no power over me. But you clearly do, you persevered and became a better version of yourself, the one that I have now fallen for.

A: I like how my life has turned out, I will never change a thing about it. B (looking sad): You are very happy with your life, how can I disrupt it with my existence. A: I am happy because if I change even a single thing, it would mean that I'd never get to know you and I do not want a life like that. <3

Imagine person B of your OTP walking to person A in the middle of a workday at the office. B: "That's it, I am done. I need a break!!" A (a little worried): "From me?" B (with a sly smile): "Never idiot. With you. Come on now, let's go get some coffee and fresh air"

I am way too young and I am still learning to love. I am learning from the songs, I am learning from the books, I am learning from the people, but most importantly, I am learning it from you. Excuse me if I might just fail or slip someday, but trust me enough to know that I'll pull myself up again.

Never make fun of people who resort to quotes to express their feelings. It is not always easy to say things out loud, it is neither easy to stuff it all inside. When people find words that express their feelings better than they can, let them share those.

Late evenings when we ride together, I tell you about my day and move around my arms like a fanatic. You, very absent mindedly take my arm and wrap it around your waist and put your hand on the back of my shin. I want to live in that moment forever.

Don't look at me like a piece of art. Don't turn me into a painting you admire only in front your guests. Let me be that second cigarette, the one you reach out for as soon as you finish the first one.

I wish to love you from a distance. I am too intimidated to get too close. I have painted this perfect picture of you in my head, I am afraid it will turn out to be true. Your every action appears to me like an art - the way you smile, the way you ruffle through your hair, the way you put your hands on your hips while asserting a point or the way you cross your arms when listening to someone. I might not know how you prefer your coffee - I don't even wish to learn. All I want to see is you carrying that hot cup of coffee, too afraid to spill it over. I want to witness you live your life effortlessly and I want to keep adoring how being an art comes so naturally to you. 💛🌻

Most times when I tell you that I miss you, I don't mean that I wish you were with me, physically present in this moment. Rather, it means I miss the bond that we once shared. I miss feeling the way I felt around you, but don't anymore. Relations for me are far beyond physical, they are all about the vibes.

I choose to forgive people because I know what it feels like to have realised your follies and yet not be forgiven by the ones you love.

Why ain't it easy to act how I feel?

Why am I afraid I'd hurt you more?

I am not scared what might become of me,

If only I could end your misery.

I am sure you are scared,

I am sure that you still care.

Why do my hands feel tied?

What are these rules I have to abide?

Once again in life, I wish I could reset,

Once again it feels I am taking a test.

I know I'll get through this too,

Are you ever in awe of words? Like you are not a writer, neither are you an avid reader, but words just fascinate you. Like you have a word for every feeling you ever feel. And for those you can't exactly explain, you still try to put them into words and when you are short of it, you use gibberish. I mean who must have ever thought okay these letters fit together and they explain this particular feeling the best. Sometimes, looking at words makes me think how something so genius just goes unacknowledged everyday.
