Full Moon Martini (Prep time: 15 minutes, plus at least 6 hours to freeze)
Ingredients:
½ cup coconut cream
½ cup water
1 ounce vodka
Blackberries, to garnish
Sugar, to rim glass
Directions:
Combine 1/2 cup water with a ½ cup coconut cream, mix well.
Pour mixture into circular ice cube molds.
Place into the freezer and allow at least 5-6 hours to freeze. (Note: this recipe can be doubled to accommodate more ice cubes.)
Using a coupe champagne glass, wet half the glass rim with a wet paper towel and dip wet side into a small amount of sugar.
Set glass aside.In a cocktail shaker place vodka and plenty of ice, shake well and strain into the prepared glass.
Place moon-shaped ice cube into glass and drop a blackberry or two into the cocktail.

1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco
2 oz. Lychee Liqueur
.25 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
4 Basil Leaves
Thick rim of equal parts salt, sugar, Oreo cookie crumbs
Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Muddle herbs. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds. Fine strain into a small martini glass. Garnish Luxardo cherry inside lychee ball (as eye ball) through skewer. To add sugar, salt, Oreo rim: Wet rim of glass with lime wedge and agave nectar and roll rim through mixture.

Please understand that they gave a 33% tip, in cash instead of on a card, to increase the odds that the server could keep all of it.
What they mean by ‘taxation is theft’ is that servers are taxed on the ASSUMPTION that they will be tipped. If they don’t make those tips, they get taxed on them anyway. It is literally theft. By leaving cash and not writing it on the receipt, they’ve allowed the server the option of quietly slipping that 20 into their pocket and therefore not being taxed on it.
