Dwight Schrute
Okay so I want to start making this more of a blog, so I am attempting to do that! with out further ado my first "blog post" will be on a man know as Dwight Schrute.
Dwight is your normal every day beat farming, bear killing, Battlestar Galactica watching, I work a paper company guy! but what is he really? Why is Dwight Schrute working at the Dunder Mifflin Paper? What was he before he started working there? I have Theory, so here we go.Â
Dwight was a secret agent of some sort and has no memory of what he was as that agent. The agency that he was working for sent him on a mission that was compromised, they then drew him out and brain washed him in to thinking he is a beat farmer and has always been one. His name may not even be "Schrute". they gave him a whole new identity. New look, memories, morals, the works.  Yet some of his instincts that he built up as an agent remain with him subconsciously. This would explain several of his habits such as,  his over zealous protection measures, his desire to serve and his desire to be manager.First off is his store of weapons randomly around the office and car is quite extensive e.g. pepper spray in his desk and a knife on his ankle. His vast knowledge of how to kill people is rather alarming. While it may seem he looked them up online, it may come as second nature to want to know how to kill. he also sits facing the door, ready to engage his assailant, as an example the episode where he takes out Roy who was trying to attack Jim. Another example is Jim and his snow ball fight. shows his knowledge of camouflage and the way he strikes fear into Jim with his army of snowmen. All this stems from his desire to be ready for what is to come. He instinctively wants to prepare for something or someone. No matter what he is ready for anything.  Second he was a volunteer of the Scranton Police Department, which shows his natural desire to be part of something that has military like organization. This would also explain his desire to be manager of the office so he can be in control the office with his desired military discipline. he also likes to be the one holding all the cards. by the end of the show he owns the building the office is in and is manager of the Scranton branch. At the end of the day I'm just theorizing, but it is something to think about!     Â
