What type of stuff has been tiring you out or getting you the most out of breath lately? Like long walks, stairs or even simple stuff like trying to get dressed and getting your shoes on and bending over

Everything is a little tiring now lol

I went shopping recently and my legs were burning after 15 minutes of walking around a shopping mall

I did get pretty sweaty trying on dresses and stuff too I think part of why it's so tiring is because my arms are too fat for how weak I am lol

at the Washington DC pro-Palestine protest (NOT Hands Off) today they unraveled a list of all Palestinians murdered in the last year and a half. Brian Becker and Eugene Puryear spoke and tied absolutely everything we are going through right now back to the devastating effects that imperialism and capitalism have on all of us.

this is what should be happening. there needs to be a unifying message and a cause to rally behind that involves actually changing the way things exist today, not restoring this country back to the ways that lead us here to begin with. this is not purity testing. this is the type of anti-capitalist and anti-imperialist movement that is necessary in the current moment and anything else is a waste of precious time.

and it feels very much like a product of this thing where the majority of people cannot ever conceptualize fatphobia or fat politics as legitimate or really anything beyond a meanness/bullying issue that can be solved with a couple language tweaks and one plus size runway show a year. it's great that you know not to be actively vitriolic towards fat people, but if you're still calling us "overweight" and talking about the ""obesity epidemic"" and justifying our presence in the world only through the fact that losing weight and keeping it off is difficult so we should really be pitied instead of hated, you're still moralizing around our bodies and positing them as a problem!
