Here's the current line-up, with the addition of the brand new Humboldt Park design. http://thechicagoneighborhoods.com/Prints
The Humboldt Park poster, featuring the awesome Prairie Style boathouse, is now done and ready to fill space on your bare walls! http://www.thechicagoneighborhoods.com/Prints
Thinking Lincoln (Square). thechicagoneighborhoods.com
Something that has been bugging me for a long time (that I finally got around to taking a picture of): these concrete pylons outside of City Hall have five-pointed stars on their Chicago flags instead of the normal six-pointed stars. It just doesn't make sense! thechicagoneighborhoods.com
The line-up, as it stands today. Go here to buy!: http://thechicagoneighborhoods.com/Prints
The Ukrainian Village poster, featuring the amazing Holy Trinity Cathedral, is up and ready to order! Please share!

Next up: Museums, Part 1 I figured it is fitting to show the Art Institute first today, since it is free to Illinois residents on Thursday evenings. thechicagoneighborhoods.com
First set of postcard-sized illustrations from the booklet that my dad recently gave to me: Sports! Spring training just started, so I figured I'd start with Wrigley and Comiskey, and throw Soldier Field in there for good measure. More to come... thechicagoneighborhoods.com
Last week my dad gave to me a picture booklet that he found in the attic of a house of his almost 30 years ago. It included 18 postcard-sized illustrations on a continuous strip of paper (9 on front, 9 on the back), and these images below are of the front and back covers of the booklet as well as the text inside. I'll share more scans of the inside as the week goes on. Enjoy! thechicagoneighborhoods.com
A design I created is now up for pre-sale on the website Cotton Bureau. It will go to print if there are (at least) 25 orders for the shirt over the next 14 days, so please pass share with anyone that might be interested! And of course my design has a Chicago connection: these Art Deco owls are based on the ones in the lobby of the Chicago Board of Trade building.
