Allow me to introduce the wonderful Lady Odelia!
Odelia was originally created as a unicorn for a carousel set made by Gidget, the ringleader of their circus. Gidget made a bunch of different carousel animals and then after they were all crafted, she brought them to life with magic.
Although, she brought them all to life at the same time - Odelia was the first one that she designed. This reflects a lot in her design because Gidget gave her the same color palette as herself, she "made her in her image" so to speak.
Odelia is one of the costume designers for the circus - all of the "crafter jobs" (props, costumes, sets, etc.) are done by the carousel creatures. They don't all work design jobs, but they are the only ones allowed to.
As mentioned all of the carousel animals were brought to life at the same time, but they weren't all made at the same time physically. The later crafted creatures have been given better features and qualities than the earlier designs like Odelia. Although all of the creatures are made based off of different animals, there is a pegasus that was one of the last ones made and his design is a little more sophisticated than Odelia's - it's actually a subplot of the story in a way. I'll do a comparison of the two eventually to show what I mean.
