this is the number to the teen warmline in california (english and spanish). they accept calls from all states. i called terrified and shaking and i felt like i was goimg to pass out and i talked to someone for almost two hours and now i am fine. the person i talked to was understanding and funny and really, really helped pull me out of it. i beg yall if you're a teenager who's struggling this line is amazing. the conversation was genuinely fun after a while and they gave me resources specific to my issues at the end of the call. if you need to talk about family or school or life or whatever you're going through please please call.
