The next morning, Noah made pancakes while Lia sat on the kitchen counter in one of his hoodies, stealing strawberries from the bowl every time he turned around. Sunlight spilled through the cabin windows, warming the wooden floors and filling the whole place with that lazy golden stillness unique to mornings in the mountains.
After breakfast, they got ready for the day’s hike. Lia tied her hair up, pulled on leggings and hiking boots, while Noah switched into a white t-shirt and army-green shorts.
The trail started just beyond the cabin, winding through towering trees and damp earth that smelled of last night’s cold air. It was one of those rare perfect days. Not too warm, not too cold. Lia walked slightly ahead at some points, and other times she stopped to take pictures of moss-covered rocks, wildflowers, or random patches of sunlight. Noah teased her relentlessly about her obsession with flowers while still waiting patiently every single time she paused to examine a new one.
At one point the trail opened into a clearing filled with giant sequoias, their trunks impossibly massive, stretching so high into the sky they barely looked real.
“I need a picture with this thing,” Noah said, looking up.
He walked over to one of the enormous trees and wrapped both arms around the trunk dramatically, like he was trying to hug it.
Lia backed away several feet, lifting her phone to frame the shot.
Even from that distance, Noah barely occupied any space against the sheer size of the tree.
She snapped the picture and burst out laughing.
“What?” Noah called from across the clearing.
“You look tiny!” She turned the screen toward him while laughing harder. “This tree just humbled a six-foot-three man.”
Noah walked back toward her, rubbing his hands on his shorts.
“That’s offensive.”
“People are going to think this is photoshopped,” Lia said. “You look like someone shrunk you and pasted you in front of the tree.”
“Okay. Move,” he said, patting her ass. “Your turn.” He snatched the phone from her hands and waited for her to stand next to one of the sequoias before snapping a picture.
“How do I look?!” Lia asked.
“Like an ant,” he replied, checking the picture. He sent it through iMessage to his phone before Lia could complain and delete it.
As she reached him and looked at it, she said she was going to print both their pictures and hang them side by side on their living room. While she was talking about it, Noah’s eyes fell on the piece gleaming on her finger.
The sunlight caught on her engagement ring.
For a moment, neither of them said anything. They just stood there beneath trees older than memory itself, surrounded by mountain air and filtered sunlight and the quiet comfort of being alone together.
“C’mon, tiny girl,” he murmured. “Let’s keep going.”
They continued down the trail at an easy pace. They barely crossed any other hikers that day, and the forest felt like it belonged entirely to the two of them. Wind moved through the massive trees overhead, carrying the scent of pine and cool earth, while sunlight flickered across the path beneath their feet.
They got back to the cabin in the late afternoon, both of them carrying that satisfied tiredness that came after spending the day outside. They had eaten sandwiches while sitting on a fallen log along the trail and snacked as they made their way back.
Inside, Noah left his boots by the door while Lia moved into the kitchen to put away the leftovers. A shower followed.
Later, changed into soft clothes and more comfortable versions of themselves, they called Grandma on speaker. They sat together on the couch, Lia tucked against his side while the phone rang.
“Hi, Grandma,” Noah said when she picked up.
Before he could spill the news, Grandma was already asking how the trip was going and asking about the weather. They talked for a few minutes. Lia asked how she was feeling, whether she was taking it easy or she was spending too much time in the garden looking after the plants Lia had planted in the front yard. Hana claimed she was perfectly fine, which neither of them believed.
“The lavender you planted last year is thriving, so don’t worry about the plants, sweetheart.”
“What about Emi? Is she there right now?” Noah asked.
“Yes, she is. She’s helping far too much. Everything is fine, you two. Do not worry, please.”
The conversation drifted until eventually, Noah exchanged a glance with Lia.
“Actually, we’ve got something to tell you.”
There was a pause on the other end.
“Oh?”
“We got engaged,” Noah said.
Grandma let out a sharp, delighted sound.
“I was wondering how long it would take him!” She said to Lia.
Holding back tears, Grandma launched into more questions: when it happened, where, how Noah did it, whether he cried and whether Lia liked the ring (she absolutely did).
After they hung up fifteen minutes later, Noah set the phone down on the table and leaned back into the couch, exhaling.
“She’s already planning the wedding in her head,” Noah muttered. “She suggested we get married in Japan,” he said, remembering her words from the morning when he’d shown her the ring.
In her mind, Lia had already started imagining things herself, planning little pieces of a future that suddenly felt much closer. But considering Japan as their wedding destination was something that hadn’t crossed her mind.
“We could…” She started.
Noah turned his head to look at her, his eyes widening.
“You’re already planning it, aren’t you?”
“No,” she laughed. “I’m only thinking about it. How could I not?”
“Dangerous distinction.”
After a moment, Lia looked down at her ring.
“Do we tell everyone now?” she asked.
“We could just wait until we’re back and see who notices first.”
“Okay, I like that.”
He was looking at her with softness, in a way she knew by heart. They held each other’s gaze, letting the reality of the last twenty-four hours sink in.
Her hand found his on his thigh. His fingers turned, weaving between hers before giving them a squeeze. Noah leaned over until his lips brushed hers, then kissed her with the same certainty which he had slipped the ring onto her finger the evening before.
By evening, they had spent some time on the porch, talking about trivial things and letting the day wind down. Instead of cooking, they walked to the lodge complex, where they picked food from one of the restaurants and brought it back to the cabin. They set dinner on the wooden picnic table in front of the cabin, arranging the containers between two glasses and a couple of paper napkins. They sat across from each other, eating and talking between bites.
Once they were satisfied and the containers had been cleared away, Noah settled onto the couch, staring out through the open windows as the sky shifted from soft blue to a deeper shade between the canopy of trees. Lia disappeared into the bedroom for a few minutes. He had just folded his arms behind his head, sinking into a state of complete relaxation, when she appeared in the doorway, one hand resting against the wall.
“I’ve got something for you,” she said, sounding a little more tentative than she did during dinner. “It’s not because you proposed or anything like that. I had this planned beforehand, I promise.”
Noah’s eyebrows lifted, one expression quickly giving way to another as he tried to make sense of her words.
“Sure. What is it?”
“Wait here. Five minutes.”
He raised his hands and shrugged, making it clear he had no intention of going anywhere. He settled back again after she disappeared, giving the matter little thought. Lia was generous with gifts and loved surprising him with little things every once in a while, like the samurai plushie she had given him at the airport in Tokyo.
Tonight, however, it never crossed his mind that she would return to the doorway wearing nothing but white, semi-transparent lingerie, with a pair of bunny ears perched on top of her head, his ring on her finger, and a white choker with a tiny pink bow, complete with one of those small silver bells that chimed whenever she moved.
A low curse escaped his throat as his eyes raked over her.
“Am I dreaming?” he asked, one hand instinctively going to his shorts.
“I told you I had a surprise for you.”
She turned on her heels, giving him a full view of every detail. Her wavy hair fell down her back, partly covering the thin white straps, while the thong left little to the imagination, a fluffy white pompom sewn into the back to resemble a tiny bunny tail.
“Do you like it?”
A short laugh escaped Noah, equal parts amusement and happiness.
“Do I like it?” He stood, but instead of going to her, he crossed the room toward the open windows. The last of the evening air drifted through the cabin, carrying the scent of pine. He reached for the windows and pulled them closed, shutting out the night and the distant sounds of the forest until the cabin was back to their private space.
He turned back to her and crossed the remaining distance between them. He placed his hands on her waist, turning her so he could see her.
“The question is whether you’re going to be able to walk tomorrow after I’m done with you.”
That was the answer she had been hoping for.
She rose onto her tiptoes to reach his mouth, barefoot and having to stretch to make up for the difference in their height. He spared her the effort, lifting her by the waist and allowing her to wrap her legs around him. She pressed her mouth to his, parting her lips as she let his tongue in.
“How good is this bunny going to be?” he whispered, taking slow steps across the living room with her in his arms.
“Really, really good,” she murmured, diving back into the kiss, savoring the taste of him.
“Let’s see.”
He stopped beside the low square table, taking another moment to kiss her. One hand cupped her, while the other remained firm around her waist, keeping her close against him. His lips moved along her jaw and down her neck, making her tilt her head back with a quiet breath.
“Please, fuck me.”
“I’m going to make love to you,” he assured her. He glanced toward the table. “Is this okay?”
“Anywhere.”
Noah laid her down on the wood. His eyes moved over her again, taking in every detail, the white lingerie, the tiny pink bow at her throat, the ridiculous little pompom at the small of her back, the bunny ears still perched in her hair. She managed to look both impossibly beautiful and completely herself. There was something sweet in the way she smiled at him, but there was confidence there too, a certainty in her eyes that told him exactly what she wanted.
And underneath all of it was love.
He could see it in the way she looked at him.
This was the woman he wanted beside him for the rest of his life. Not only tonight, not only in moments like this, but in all the ordinary ones too. Mornings and arguments and lazy afternoons. Bad days and birthdays and years he hadn’t even imagined yet. He wanted to give her everything he had, everything he could become.
As soon as he removed his t-shirt, Lia reached for him, her fingers tracing the ink along his shoulders before wandering down the tattoos that stretched all over his chest. She followed the lines at his neck and chest with the same curiosity as if it had been the first time, as though she were memorizing him all over again.
She kissed his shoulder first. Then his neck, and his mouth. Slowly, lingeringly, as if there were nowhere else in the world either of them needed to be.
Noah smiled against her lips. His hands moved over her with an affection that made the teasing costume seem almost secondary now. He wanted to make her laugh, wanted to make her feel cherished, wanted to remind her without words that she was safe with him.
He caught one of her hands in his. He lifted it to his mouth and kissed her fingertips one by one, until he reached the ring. When he looked back at her, some of the playfulness had left his expression.
“Thank you,” he whispered. He turned her hand in his, pressing another kiss to her knuckles. “For choosing me.” Another kiss. “For being my best friend.” His thumb brushed over the ring. “For being my lover.” He looked directly into her eyes. “And for letting me be your husband.” The last words came almost beneath his breath. “Your protector. Your person. For the rest of it.”
Lia reached for his face and pulled him back toward her.
“Forever,” she whispered.
He kissed her until the tenderness between them gave way to something warmer and more urgent.
They started slowly, taking their time with each other. Noah guided her farther onto the table until she was lying comfortable against its broad wooden surface, her legs bent at the knees and resting apart on either side of him. He stayed on his knees, on the table too, bracing himself with his hands against the tabletop beneath her legs, his body angled over hers.
He moved closer after a while, when Lia’s moans increased. He brought himself over her. Lia bent her knees and rested them against his hips, using the contact to steady herself as he leaned down. She lifted her head to meet him, their faces only inches apart before she caught his mouth in a kiss. He stayed close after, close enough that she could feel his breath against her skin, one hand supporting himself beside her while the other found her waist. They moved together, danced, pausing between kisses and then finding each other again.
Time disappeared. The night unfolded without them watching the clock, without needing to be anywhere else but all over and inside of each other.
By the time they finally grew still, a fine sheen of sweat covered their skin. Noah rested against her, his lips pressed to her collarbone as he breathed heavily, slowly catching his breath. His release lay on the tabletop. Lia’s fingers moved lazily through his hair, caressing the strands at the nape of his neck.
Beyond them, the last traces of daylight had disappeared beyond the trees. The windows had turned into dark mirrors, and somewhere above the canopy, the stars had begun to emerge beneath the pale light of the moon.
Nicholas Ruffilo x Holly(ofc), Oliver Sykes x Holly(ofc), Oliver Sykes x Holly(ofc) x Nicholas Ruffilo
<Summary> Holly and Nick decide to spend her birthday in Las Vegas for Sick New World, and what a coincidence, Oliver Sykes is also in the same city. What better birthday present than something she never expected to be able to have.

So, hey, hi, I'm alive. The poll has spoken, and honestly I was leaning towards posting this anyway lmao. Huge thank you to @withcrossesandframes for being my ride or die and always indulging in my brainrot, because without her this probably wouldn't have been finished, and big thanks to my bestie Illy for beta'ing this beast. olobersykes sent you a post
The notification itself isn't a surprise, but the fact that it's more than a like or a comment on one of her posts is. Over the past couple of years since meeting, they've become increasingly… familiar. Holly wouldn’t quite call them friends, but they know each other enough to follow one another on Instagram and interact now and then. It’s one of those things where she’s sure that if she didn't have the tie she has to Noah or any of the others, none of it would be happening. But she does, and it is.
When she opens the notification, she sees he’s sent a link to her latest post. More accurately, the photo of her silhouette on the balcony outside her and Nick’s hotel room, Las Vegas in the background.
What a coincidence, we’re in the same city.
She snorts, looking out over the same balcony, down to the city below. She was very aware they'd be in the same city. It’s possible they might even run into each other with her and Nick's plans for tomorrow. She also knows Oli probably already knew that. Noah spent an hour on the phone with her the night before, filling her in on the show and how he ran into Oli afterward. He asked about you, Noah had said, in what she thinks was an attempt to change the subject after he admitted to flirting with him.
Another message comes through before she can think to formulate a response, pulling out of her wandering thoughts.
Happy birthday, by the way.
It probably shouldn’t, but the comment makes her face warm, and she can feel the corner of her mouth pull up in a small grin as she replies.
Thanks… you're a little early though
Well, I'll be busy tomorrow. Didn't want to miss it.
Holly bites her lip as she glances up at the sliding glass door and into their room to see if Nick’s made it back yet. He rose earlier than her this morning, leaving her to wake up to a note saying he went to get coffee. The room is still empty. Silent. As she relaxes back against the couch, the message she types out feels dangerous, almost as if she’s doing something wrong. But she presses the send icon before she can talk herself out of it.
You could just tell me in person. Tomorrow
Oh?
She doesn't send a message, just a screenshot of the festival’s schedule.
Please tell me you didn't actually pay for a ticket. If I'd have known you wanted to come, I could've pulled some strings.
The response seems friendly enough, but the idea of him wanting to do something like that for her makes butterflies take flight in her belly. It feels dangerous, and she finds herself needing to remind him exactly who she is; why they know each other in the first place. However, that doesn't mean she doesn't keep it light, teasing.
I don't know if you know this, but my boyfriends are in this band… Bad Omens? They're kind of a big deal. Got their own strings to pull and everything
Cheeky girl
Well. If you find yourself backstage near our trailer, don't be a stranger.
Holly watches the cursor blink in the text box. Unsure of how to reply, or if she even should. The thought of keeping the conversation going seems like tempting fate a little. Flying too close to the sun. Her thumbs hover over the keyboard, but before she can talk herself into it, the sliding glass door opens. Her phone drops to her lap as she focuses on Nick in the doorway, holding up two to-go cups of coffee as an offering, lips curled into a smile around the unlit cigarette dangling from his mouth.
The sight of him pulls a delighted one onto her own lips. “A coffee and a cigarette? For me?”
“Just for you, birthday girl.”
“That’s tomorrow.”
“And I’ll call you that tomorrow, too.” Leaning down, he lets her pull the cigarette from his lips before he presses his mouth to hers. It’s quick, soft, but something about it makes her stomach flutter and she wonders how long it’s going to take them to move back to the bed after their morning ritual. They’ve both pretty much quit, following Noah’s lead on making a few more… healthier habits, but this seems to be one thing they don’t want to let go of. It reminds her of mornings they used to share when they were just friends. After a night out, or a night in one another’s bed, soaking up the morning silence and each other before they went about their days…
She eyes him as she grabs the lighter from the small table it’s lived on the last couple of days they’ve been here. He holds her coffee while she lights the cigarette, giving her time to take a drag and inhale before passing her the cup. It’s almost like looking into the past as he grabs her feet before she can move them, lifting them to sit beside her before placing them down in his lap; their fingers touching as she places the cigarette between his waiting fingers, his other hand resting across her feet, warm and comforting. She must be staring for too long because he looks at her, brows furrowed in question.
“What are you looking at, huh?” he asks with a teasing smile.
“You.”
“Me?”
“Mmhm.” Holly hums, pulling her legs from his lap, shifting so she can move to straddle him instead. The smoke curls around them, and her phone lies forgotten on the cushion beside them as she leans in to press her lips to his. It’s heated this time. Dripping with the promise of what’s to come.
In the end, they don’t even finish their coffee or the cigarette before tumbling back to the bed.
⸻
They spend most of the morning in bed, wrapped up in each other. Moving out to the main space of their room hours later just to sprawl on separate ends of the couch, legs tangled together. The TV plays quietly, more as background noise than anything, while she reads her book and Nick draws on his iPad. Secret project he’d said when she asked, something for Jolly and Noah that he’s promised not to show her until it’s done.
It doesn’t matter that this is some of the stuff they spend their free time at home doing, she’s content. They spent most of the day yesterday walking around Vegas, doing all the touristy things, and it’s nice. Being able to share the same space with him, doing separate things together all without the usual responsibilities they have at home.
However.
The conversation she had with Oli has started to niggle at the back of her mind. She feels like she should say something. Flirty undertones aside, it was fairly innocent… but it's more than she’s had with anyone else outside of their relationship, other than Folio and Matt, and maybe she’s overthinking it too much. But what if she’s not? Noah’s comment plays in her head. He asked about you, by the way.
"Oliver Sykes messaged me earlier." She blurts. It sounds innocent enough, but the words feel heavy, like a confession of wrongdoing.
She watches Nick's hand pause, his drawing pen hovering over his tablet. “Okay… I didn’t know you guys talked.”
“We don’t.” She’s quick to respond, shrugging, “He’s liked my pictures on Instagram before, but it’s never gone farther than that.”
“So what’d he want?”
“To let me know we’re in the same city… and to tell me happy birthday.”
“Oh?”
“I kind of told him he could tell me tomorrow… at the festival.” She looks down at her lap, where her hands have begun twisting together. “In retrospect, I probably shouldn’t have… I didn’t mean anything by it, but-”
“He asked Noah about you last night, apparently.” Nick’s voice is calm as he interrupts. Not that she was anticipating anger, but it throws her off nonetheless. Her brows furrow as she looks up at him in confusion.
“What?” She doesn’t know why she’s surprised. None of them make a habit out of keeping things from one another, but something tells her Noah had an entirely different conversation with Nick than he did with her.
“Holly, come on. You’re not the only one Noah talked to about it.”
“When did he-”
“When I was out getting coffee this morning. Seems Noah isn’t the only one who has his attention. And something tells me it’s probably mutual.”
A cold weight drops in her stomach. “Nick, I…” She trails off, gaze shifting down to her lap; she doesn’t know what to say, because what could she say? That she’s not attracted to Oli Sykes? That she hasn’t felt the flutter of tension any time his eyes have met hers? “It doesn’t mean anything.”
“I didn’t say it did.” He sounds amused, but when she does nothing but nod in response, he huffs. She can hear the shuffle of his iPad being set on the table as he slips off the couch to kneel at her feet, pulling her fingers into his when she tries to cover her eyes. “Hey—don't do that. Don't hide… I think you have a little crush and that's okay.”
"Nick, I promise it-"
"It doesn't mean anything. I know." He smiles at her, open and warm, and, God, she doesn’t know what she’s ever done to deserve him. “Have you ever thought about him?”
"Nick." She feels cold all over. Because she has. Once. It was fleeting, a thought that was there and gone, but it was there all the same.
"Tell me." His voice is soft, coaxing, and she can’t deny him anything he wants when he uses that tone.
Her face heats with shame, but she forces the word out. “Once.”
He hums, looking thoughtful. “What if we were able to let it happen?”
"What?" Her voice cracks, and she wonders exactly what Noah and Nick talked about.
"You and Oli. We'll be in the same place tomorrow, and it’s pretty obvious he wants to see you, probably wants more than that, and maybe we just… see what happens?"
"Babe-"
"Think of it as a birthday present."
Holly snorts. “Pretty sure this whole thing is my birthday present.”
Nick shrugs. “Then Oli can be part of it, too.”
Sometimes Holly can’t believe that this is her life. That this is one of the things that she has to think about. She and Oli flirt. It’s just what they do. That doesn’t automatically mean he’d want to do more than that. She shakes her head, incredulous. "This is crazy. How do you know that he'd even want to sleep with me?"
“Holls. He's been surfing your Instagram for at least a year… He messaged you directly to tell you happy birthday… And he talked to our boyfriend about you. If you don't want to, that's okay. But if you do… I—we—want to make it happen."
“We, huh? So Jolly’s cool with this too?”
"He said Oli doesn't get to keep anything. Not like he did the first time."
Holly snorts because, of course. “No panties. Gotcha.”
His fingers untangle from hers, and his hand moves up her thigh and under the hem of his shirt. Right to where she’s waiting, warm and wet, just for him. “Feels like you want him.”
Despite the emotions swirling inside her, she feels her lips pull into a smile and she teases, "How do you know that's not from thinking about you, and earlier?"
Nick hums, smirking up at her with a pleased grin. “Lucky guess.”
“Nick-” Her eyes fall closed when he brushes his thumb against her clit, and god, she wants to give in.
His nose nudges against hers when he presses up into her space, lips ghosting over hers as he coos, “Tell me what you really want, and I'll give it to you.”
“I…” Holly swallows, mentally cursing the fact that she’s never been able to lie to him. Herself, sure, but never Nick. “I want him."
"I know." He steals her breath away when he kisses her. Licking into her mouth so intensely she can’t hold back her whine as she reaches for him. He doesn't take her to the bedroom, just pushes her onto her back on the couch, ridding himself of his shorts before kneeling between her legs.
It's rough when he pushes into her without any preamble, possessive, and she wouldn’t prefer it any other way. Holly clings to him, keening into his mouth when he angles her hips just right, and if this is Nick before, she can’t help but look forward to the aftermath if she does happen to sleep with Oli.
⸻
She’s off on her own, following Nick’s instructions to explore, see what—who—she could find, but she doesn’t have to look too hard. She’s just pulling a bottle of water from one of the fridges of the catering tent when she spots him strolling in with one of his bandmates. Oliver Sykes. The second his eyes land on her, he smiles like a shark, dark and delighted. She watches him say something to the man beside him, patting him on his back before he heads straight to her. Holly tries to busy herself, looking out of the wide-open walls of the tend to the festival grounds before her as she pretends to be interested in one of the bands she can vaguely see playing from one of the side stages. Watching from the corner of her eye, she feels him before she sees him, the heat of his body reaching out for hers as he stands beside her.
“Fancy seeing you here. You didn’t tell me you’d have this kind of access.”
Holly shrugs, smirking out into the open air before she turns to look at him. “Told you, my boyfriends are kind of a big deal.”
“That you did… and where would they be, by chance? Find it hard to believe they’d leave you all by your lonesome for too long. Not when you’re out here looking like the alternative man’s dream.”
That was the goal, but the compliment still makes her stomach flutter. Not that she’s wearing anything out of the ordinary, but once she realized Nick was serious about “seeing what happens” between her and Oli, she made sure to look the part—a short, black suspender skirt that has never failed to get her what she wants, paired with her checkered hightops and a cropped band tee that hugs her tits just right.
“I’m sure he’s around.” Her eyes cut to where Nick is. He’s closer to the main stage, talking to the guitarist from Health, she thinks, and while he looks completely engrossed in the conversation, she can tell he’s got an eye on her.
“Just the one today?”
“I think you know exactly where the other two might be. Noah said you guys met up for a little bit the other night.”
“Is that all he happened to say?”
“Wouldn't you like to know.”
“Cheeky.”
“What?” Holly asks with a laugh. “That’d be making it a little too easy for you.”
“Ah, of course. And where would be the fun in that?” His eyes flit about her face, from one eye to the other, and then down to her mouth. Maybe Nick was right. The air between them thickens, and she coughs, clearing her throat to bring herself some clarity.
“So,” she asks, “did you come up to me just to ask about my boyfriends?”
“Came to wish you a happy birthday in person.” The way the words sound in his accented voice, ‘appy birfday’, softens the moment and a more genuine smile pulls at the corner of her mouth. Only for it to fade, replaced by a subtle, burning tension when Oli reaches out a finger to touch where her natural auburn has grown out. “Love the new look you have going, by the way.”.
“Thanks. I kind of like it… I figured I’d give the black a break for a bit, maybe go a little lighter after it grows out some more.” Not that he asked. There’s just something about him that gets her a little flustered, and the words bubble out of her mouth before she can think to stop herself. Her face warms as she gestures to his own hair. “Seems like I’m not the only one that was feeling a new look, though.”
His grin grows, and she almost thinks he might be a little bashful as he runs a hand over his buzzed blonde hair. “We’re getting ready for a couple new things… figured it was time for a change. You know how it is.”
She does. “I do… it's a good look on you. I always thought you pulled off the blonde pretty well.”
That seems to grab his interest, and the bashful look fades as his eyebrows raise. “Oh? Didn’t know you followed us.”
Holly can see the cogs turning in his head, the ego inflating. He’s not exactly wrong. She’d be lying if she said she hasn’t been a fan of his band or their music. There might even have been some posters on her bedroom wall when she was younger, not that she’s willing to let him know that. She rolls her eyes. “Oli, I’ve been in the scene since I was a teenager, of course I’m familiar with your looks.”
He doesn’t let it go. Leaning down to bow his head towards hers, he lowers his voice as if they’re sharing secrets. “You ever go to a show?”
“Why?” Holly giggles. “You wondering if there might have been a missed connection?”
Oli shrugs. “Just curious is all… although I think I would have remembered seeing someone as distinct as you in the crowd.” His eyes rove her face again and if he’s trying to flatter her, it’s working. Warmth blooms in her chest before she can stop it.
It looks like he wants to kiss you, a small voice—that sounds suspiciously like Noah’s—whispers in her head, and she thinks she might let him if he did.
She jolts when an arm wraps around her middle, only to relax when Nick’s cologne surrounds her as he presses up against her back. “Hope I’m not interrupting anything.”
She blinks at his tone; he sounds less than pleased. It throws her off. This was his idea, after all, and no matter how much she enjoys flirting with Oli, she'd never let it get this far without Nick’s say so.
“Not at all.” Oli says before she can formulate a response. “Just catching up with your girl. I heard it was her birthday today.”
Nick hums. “That it is. However, I think your bandmates might be looking for you.”
“Oh?” Oli glances behind him, and Holly’s eyes follow. She doesn’t see any familiar faces, and she’s sure Oli doesn’t either. But he seems to get Nick’s hint. He huffs a laugh, turning back to look at her, and Nick beside her. “I suppose you’re right. Guess I better go see what they want. It was nice seeing you again, Holly, Nick.”
Despite Nick’s arm around her and the warm Vegas air, Holly shivers with uneasiness watching Oli walk away, and she’s still trying to figure out what to say when Nick’s quiet laugh rumbles through her.
“He moves fast, I’ll give him that. Dangle an inch in front of him and he’ll want to take a mile.” He almost sounds amused, and the whiplash makes her dizzy. “Still don’t believe that he’d want to sleep with you?”
Holly shakes her head with a laugh as she turns to face him. “I don’t know… I think he might just be a relentless flirt.”
“He was one step away from kissing you… or suggesting you follow him back to their bus. What would you have done if he asked, huh?” he teases.
Nothing. She would have done nothing except excuse herself to go find her boyfriend, no matter how tempting Oli Sykes is. “Probably say no.” She bites her lip, lowering her eyes. “You didn’t seem too happy when you popped up… Did you change your mind?”
“Not at all.” Nick snorts, looking over her shoulder at something, or someone, before looking back to her with a playful smile. “But just because I’m into this doesn’t mean I’m gonna make it easy on him. I wanna see how far he’s willing to go.”
Holly blinks and something clicks. “You don’t want him to know, do you?”
He laughs, delighted, proud she figured it out. “And if I said I didn’t?”
Titling her head, she studies him. She knows why Noah likes doing this, but for all she knows Nick like the back of her hand, his reasons can be a bit of a mystery. “This isn’t like, some pseudo cheating thing for you is it? Some new kink unlocked?”
“I don’t know honestly…” he says with a shake of his head. He looks around before backing her against one of the metal support poles of the tent. “I know you love me and you’d never do anything to jeopardize this… But him chasing after you under the impression that I’m none the wiser is kind of hot.”
“Besides…” His hands cup her face, his eyes searching hers before his touch flits down to her shoulders. “It’ll make him finding out I knew the whole time even better.”
Holly doesn’t know exactly how Nick wants this to go, or if she’s even doing this right, but she trusts him and she can’t lie, it’s more than a little hot for her, too. Someone wanting her so much that he doesn't care about the fact that she’s not exactly available sets a fire in her belly, and Nick’s knowledge and permission only make it burn hotter.
⸻
The sun has already begun to set by the time she finds herself in a position to look for Oli again. It’s been a busy day, moving from stage to stage, finding a spot in the crowd where they can enjoy the bands they came to see. She almost forgot what it felt like to be on the other side of it, to be here for the fun of it and not because her boys have to work.
Holly’s still buzzing from the pen she and Nick shared throughout the day as she slips past the barricades, and she’s thankful for the extra courage. The artist area seems quiet. He might not even be back here anymore, not with it getting close to their set time. But soon the small trailer labeled Bring Me The Horizon with simple black text printed on white office paper comes into view, what’s the worst that can happen? He’s not here, and she and Nick go back to their hotel at the end of the night? The horror.
“And what’s a pretty girl like you doing out here by yourself?”
Holly smiles to herself at the sound of Oli’s accented voice behind her. Pausing to take a deep breath, she schools her features before turning around. A faux-innocent smile pulls at her lips, and she shrugs. “You know what? I think I might be lost. I was trying to find my way back to the crowd after I left the bathroom and yet…”
His smile flashes before he chuckles quietly, running his tongue along the cut of his teeth as he approaches her, stopping at what could be considered a polite distance. “I don’t know how much of that I believe… seems to me you’ve gotten plenty familiar with these types of places.”
“Is that so?”
Oli hums. “You want to know what I really think?” He takes a step forward, and while her insides light up with delight, she can’t help but take a step back in answer.
She’s reminded just how fucking massive Oli Sykes actually is as he corners her up against his band’s trailer, planting his hands on either side of her. He’s broad, all thick solid muscle caging her in, and while he’s not quite as tall as Noah is, she still has to tilt her head up to look at him. “Why don’t you enlighten me, then?”
“I think you might have been looking for me… because what are the odds that I’ve managed to catch you alone twice today. Especially after earlier.”
“And what makes you say that?”
“Your boyfriend doesn’t seem to like me much. I didn’t think he would let you out of his sight again.”
They both know which one he’s talking about, but Holly plays dumb, tilting her head to the side as she hums. “Noah likes you just fine.”
The smirk that pulls at his mouth is full of mischief, and he huffs a laugh. “That he does.” One of his hands lifts, hovering for a moment in hesitation before he runs a tattooed finger down one of the suspenders of her skirt until he meets the strip of skin left exposed by her crop top. “The other one, however… he never quite seems all that pleased to see me, does he?”
“I don’t know if you can blame him entirely for that.” She teases, but her breath catches in her throat at the warmth of his hand against her wind-chilled skin.
“I have been completely respectful where your man is concerned.”
Holly scoffs, amused, chewing on her lip as she crosses her arms. “Like you are now?”
Oli leans his forehead against hers with a soft chuckle, his hand leaving her belly to wrap one of his fingers in a lock of hair that has escaped her space buns. “Come on, love, can’t blame a guy for wanting the attention of a pretty girl.” His eyes flit about her face, and she’s almost tempted to close the distance and kiss him herself, but she’s as curious as Nick is. So she stays put, observing the way he zeros in on her tongue when it peeks out to wet her lips before he blinks. His breath fans against the shell of her ear when he leans in, sending a shiver down her spine as he whispers, “However, if I’d managed to catch him alone the other night like I’ve got you here, it might be a different story.”
Despite the fact she knows Nick’s somewhere nearby, keeping an eye on her—on them, the thrill remains. Holly swallows, “You know I can’t…”
“Hmm… you can’t? Or you shouldn’t?”
Oh, he’s trouble. “Does it matter to you?”
“If you tell me no, I’ll go. I’ll let you run off to your boyfriend, and we can act like this never happened.” The stubble on the cut of his jaw scratches lightly against her skin as he pulls back to look at her. “But I don’t think you want to tell me no… Because if you did, something tells me you wouldn’t have found yourself in this position to begin with. You seem like a smart woman, Holly. You know what happens when you bait a man too long.”
She does, and she was banking on it. Not that he knows that. She's actually a little surprised he caved this quickly… that Nick was actually right. They’ve only met a few times, and there's always been a certain tension between them, sure. However, Holly's always been curious if it was just because he's Oliver Sykes; a man that seems to have chemistry with just about everyone, or if he actually wanted her.
The fact that it’s the latter hooks around her bellybutton and her insides flutter.
“I can’t…” she tries again, looking up at him through her lashes. It’s an empty protest, one that he seems to see through immediately.
“That’s not a no.”
Holly shivers when his hand abandons her stomach to trail up her arm, the touch leaving a trail of goosebumps in its wake. He meets her gaze through half-lidded eyes as he cups her face. It’s just pretend, she reminds herself. Nevertheless, she has to swallow the lump of betrayal that has formed in her throat before she utters, “No, it’s not.”
He leans slowly, as if to give her one more chance to stop him, and that’s admirable, but even without the permission from Nick, Holly thinks she’s too far gone to back out now. The lump from her throat settles into a sick, sour feeling in her gut, but she doesn’t try to push it away. If anything, she welcomes it. It helps feed into the fantasy they’ve cooked up, mixing bittersweet with the arousal and excitement as Oli’s mouth descends upon hers.
He’s confident when their lips meet. Kissing her with no hesitation, even though he’s patient; waiting until she peeks her tongue out to brush against his lips before he deepens it. Everything about him is imposing. From the way he nips at her lip before he slips his tongue into her mouth, to the way he uses one of his knees to part both of hers, simultaneously shuffling closer while letting go of her face to hold her waist and rock her
center along his thigh.
He’s everywhere; invading her senses like he’s trying to possess any and every part of her that she’ll let him have.
It’s all so similar to what she’s imagined. Yet it’s also not. Not that she’s spent a lot of time thinking about Oli Sykes and how he might kiss… but she has thought about it. She kisses him back with fervor, letting him swallow her whimper when the pressure of his thigh against her clit sends a shock of pleasure through her.
She feels him smile against her mouth before pulling away to suck biting kisses down her neck on his way to drop to his knees in the dry, dead grass. He looks up at her, spit slick lips curved into a pleased grin, eyebrows raised in a silent question. She doesn't know if she's ever wanted something more than she wants this right now, but as his hands slide up her calves to the backs of her thighs, nerves bubble up in her tummy, overtaking her bold confidence.
Oli must sense the shift, because his hands retreat from where they were beginning to creep up her skirt, coming to rest just above her knee, and he asks, “What do you say, hm? Let me have a taste of what keeps those boys of yours so captivated?” He leans forward to mouth at the tender skin of her inner thigh, sucking lightly, only to stop short of leaving a hickey and she feels a drip of slick leak into her panties. “Just a taste, I promise.”
The warmth of his breath fanning over her spit cool skin makes her shiver as his eyes cut up to hers. Biting her lip, she weighs her options. She has no doubt he’d be true to his word and let her go if she asked, but he’s not the only one who wants this. She swallows, and with a nod of her head, she gives herself over to whatever might happen.
It’s all he needs. Smiling up at her wickedly, his hands disappear back up her skirt, pushing it out of his way as best as he can before he lifts one of her legs to rest it on his shoulder. She could almost pretend he’s one of hers as he pulls her panties to the side, nosing along the crease of her thigh to tease her. But then he’s skimming his thumb along her slit, and his accented voice pulls her back to reality as he groans, “I can already see why they like you so much. Dripping already, responsive little thing.”
Holly doesn’t know if he’s talking to her, or himself, but she sighs a soft y-yeah, anyway, only for the word to turn into a gasp at the first touch of his tongue. It’s warm and wet, sending her scrambling for purchase on the cold metal behind her as it rolls over the bundle of nerves in a confident, practiced ease.
It’s like he’s trying to devour her, but despite their limited time, he’s not rushing. Instead, he’s savoring her. Pulling back from her clit to lick through her folds, exploring as he dips his tongue into her cunt. There’s no second-guessing, no first-time fumbling; he knows what works, but he’s still listening to her. Paying attention to what makes her breath catch, what makes her choke back a moan.
Her eyes slip close as she gives into it, losing herself in the pleasure that she almost forgets exactly what the play is here. A feeling of being watched settles over her, and her heart leaps into her throat while a bright ball of fear forms in her stomach. She blinks her eyes open, scanning what should be empty air for any sign of a voyeur, and any sense of alarm quickly fades as soon as Holly sees him.
Nick leans up against another trailer across the makeshift courtyard, watching them intently. Not too close, but close enough for her to see the flush on his face and the way he bites his bottom lip as he palms at himself. She was a little nervous when he first suggested this to her, unsure of how much he would enjoy it when she knows how he feels about Oli, and the chemistry they have. Sharing her with their friends is one thing, but a man that’s practically a stranger is something entirely different.
Yet there’s nothing but hunger in his gaze. It’s exhilarating. It feels only right to give him a show, let him see how much she’s enjoying this gift he’s allowed her. Fisting a hand in her skirt, she lifts the material, sucking in a sharp inhale when she glances down to find Oli’s gaze on hers. The hazel of his eyes have gotten darker in the low light, threatening to pull her in as he slips one, then two fingers inside her. Her breath shudders, electricity bouncing inside her every time his digits brush against her g-spot and she clenches around him. His answering hum of approval vibrates against her clit and her orgasm hurtles closer.
She can still feel Nick’s stare. Heavy and persistent. Holly can almost hear his voice—look at me baby—as if he’s right next to her, and just as their eyes meet, a third finger works its way inside her. A keen works its way up her throat, and she clamps a hand over her mouth to muffle the sound as she shatters. Oli works her through it, fucking her through the aftershocks until she starts to feel oversensitive, but he doesn’t stop. Not even when she tries, and fails, to grab his hair and pull him away. He smirks against her as the short strands of his hair slip through her fingers and she has no choice but let the tide inside her rise and fall apart for him a second time.
Holly’s floating, head fuzzy with pleasure when he finally sinks back on his heels, wiping his mouth against her thigh as he hums. He sounds satisfied, content, as if she’s the one that did him a favor by letting him eat her out. It reminds her of Noah, in a way, but then Oli’s letting her thigh fall from his shoulder, rising to his feet and all thoughts of her boyfriend slip from her mind as he presses his body to hers.
“I might have lied.” He murmurs against her jaw. “I don’t think just a taste will suffice.” His hips stutter against her, and in different circumstances, Holly thinks she might laugh at the half desperate lilt in his voice. But she feels it too.
She bites her lip as his thumbs press into the soft skin just above her hipbones and she looks past him to her boyfriend. It was implied they could have sex, but right now, Holly needs the explicit permission, and she gets it.
At Nick's nod, her hands fly to Oli’s jeans. His breath is jagged in her ear as she pops the button, sliding the zipper down before she reaches into his boxer briefs.
“Fuck. You don't waste any time do you?”
Holly huffs a laugh. “Says the guy who just had his head up my skirt.”
He's thick in her hand, velvety smooth; uncut too, she finds as she explores him. That in itself isn’t a surprise, but the way it makes her think of Jolly is, and so is the ache that flashes in her chest at the thought of him.
“What happened to ‘I can't’—” he taunts softly, only to cut off with a sharp inhale when she slips back the foreskin to tease his tip.
“I think we both know it’s too late for just a taste… for either of us.”
The way he looks at her makes her chest flutter, his hand warm against her cheek as he cups her face. “We can stop now… leave it at this and you can go off to your boyfriend, no harm done. Put it all on me if he finds out.”
It’s almost endearing that, for all his bravado, he’s willing to call it quits now. Walk away with her taste still in his mouth and leave her be… but she wants this. Wants him. And if this is her only opportunity to have him, she’s going to take it. Their breath mingles, and he twitches in her hand. “I don’t want to stop.”
It’s somehow gentler when their lips meet this time. Lacking some of the desperation from earlier, but it’s no less hungry. Excitement licks up her spine, her empty cunt clenching with anticipation of how he’s gonna feel inside her. She pulls her hand out of his underwear, moving to work the fabric down and free him of his confines, but he wraps his hands around her wrists, stopping her.
“I’m not fucking you out here.” He pants against her mouth. “I’m having you where I can savor it at least a little. There’s a little couch—”
That’s not gonna work. Not when the entirety of this hinges on Nick being in eyesight. She plants her feet, trying to stall as she figures out a way forward when Nick’s voice speaks up.
“As much as I’d love to let you keep going, I’m pretty sure they’re gonna come looking for you soon.”
Oli pulls away from her like he’s been scalded, cursing under his breath as he tugs his pants back up. He takes a moment to wipe his mouth on the back of his hand before he turns, shielding her with his body as he faces her boyfriend.
“Oli—” she starts, only to be interrupted by Oli’s nervous laugh.
“Nick… I—well,” his voice is steady as he speaks over her, even if he seems to struggle to find the right words. “It’s not—”
Nick holds up one of his hands. “If you’re about to tell me it’s not what it looks like, we both know that’s a lie.”
“She didn’t have anything to do with it… I was the one who pressured her—”
“Oli,” she tries again with a quiet giggle, pulling at the back of his zip up to get its attention. “Oli—it’s okay.”
Neither of them pay her any attention however, and the scoff that leaves Nick’s mouth is amused. “From where I was standing it seemed like it took very little pressure. Almost none.” He doesn’t give Oli a chance to say anything else before reaching around him to snag her hand, and she doesn’t need anything more than a soft tug to go to him. It feels like coming home when he kisses her, a soft reassurance Holly didn't know she needed.
The confusion on Oli's face almost makes her feel bad, but then she remembers how he had no problem testing her boundaries and pulling her down with him. He did say he’d take the heat for her, after all.
“Did you know he was there?” He asks, looking from her to Nick, and back to her again.
Her face screws up as she winces. “I did…”
“The whole time?”
“Yeah…”
“Look,” Nick huffs a short laugh, looking around to check their surroundings before he pulls a keycard out of his pocket. “I meant what I said about letting you continue. If you can get away later, you should come by our hotel. Room 1638.”
Oli’s eyes narrow as he stares down at the card in Nick’s extended hand before looking at her boyfriend himself. “And if I don’t?”
Nick shrugs. “Then you don’t.”
For a moment, Holly wonders if he’s going to say no, tell them to fuck off and walk away, but Oli just chuckles, shaking his head as he asks, “You two are just full of surprises, aren't you?”
Holly bites her lip, glancing at Nick before she looks back to Oli. “You want to find out?”
“Maybe I do…” The air crackles between them, an invisible tether drawing them closer, even with Nick right beside her. She clears her throat, shaking herself out of it before glancing at her watch. The numbers on the screen make her eyes widen.
“You might wanna go… I don’t think you wanna miss your set.”
“Shit. Yeah, that’s probably a good idea… guess I’ll see you later.”
⸻
She doesn’t think any of them have ever waited this long to touch her after she’s been with someone else. Usually almost as soon as it’s done, any one of her boyfriends are pulling her back to where she belongs, making sure she knows exactly who she’s really with and why. But she and Nick stay for the rest of the festival, and it’s a special kind of torture. The heat of him at her back, hands on her shoulders, brushing down her arms to link their fingers together before he folds their arms around her.
Tension coils inside her, winding tighter and tighter as it lies in wait, eager for the moment he actually touches her with purpose.
They don’t see Oli again before they leave, getting lost in the sea of people leaving the festival as they wait for their cab hand in hand. Holly can barely focus on anything other than the feel of his skin against hers, the soft, guiding hand he places on the small of her back to guide her into the car. She doesn’t know what to say when they finally make it to the hotel; the ride up the elevator is quiet with Nick’s eyes on her and she can feel the smile on his face as he watches her fidget. Her skin almost feels too tight, a livewire threatening to combust before he even touches her.
“Do you think he’s going to show?” She asks, sitting on the bed to tug at the laces on her hi-tops.
“With the way he was looking at you? Even after? Babe, I'm surprised he isn't here already.” Nick huffs as he kneels at her feet, batting her hands away to take over where she left off. Lips curling up into an amused smile, she pulls the elastics from her hair, shaking it out to fall over her shoulders as she leans back on her hands to watch the way he works the sneakers open, pulling her feet free from her shoes one at a time.
Her eyes roll back into her head when his thumbs press into the arches of her feet, and she can hear the whisper of a chuckle before he murmurs, “I’m glad he’s not though… I might be kind enough to share, but I can only be expected to keep my hands to myself for so long.”
His hands circle her ankles as she blinks her eyes open, rubbing the tender muscles around the bone. He doesn't look away from her as they trail up her legs, following the path he knows by touch alone as he presses a kiss to the inside of her knee. "Was it good?"
Maybe it's because Oli is someone new, someone neither of them have known closely for years, but she feels herself flush. She falls back against the bed, covering her with her hands. "Nick..."
"What?” He chuckles. “You don't have to feel weird. You know how I feel about this… Besides, from where I was standing it looked like it was very good."
“Well, he definitely knows how to take care of a woman..."
"Mmm. He doesn't know exactly how to take care of you though, does he?"
She knows exactly where he's going with this, and she's inclined to agree. No one quite knows how to give her what she wants, or needs, except him, them. But she always enjoys it when Nick's a little on edge, and she can't help but goad him. Pushing herself up onto her elbows, she smirks. “He seemed to pick it up pretty quick."
He doesn't give in, mouthing up her thighs only to completely skip over her center to kiss at her exposed tummy. He slips the suspenders of her skirt off her shoulders so he can push up her shirt and kiss her tits through the lace bra. "I'm sure he did. You’re responsive, it’s easy to tell when you’re not enjoying something.”
Her stomach flips as Oli’s accented voice calling her a responsive little thing flashes through her memory, and she quips, “Oh is it?”
“Or maybe I’ve just known how to read you better than any of them.”
“You always have—” she cuts off with a sharp inhale at the wet touch of his tongue over one of her nipples through the mesh fabric. It has her back arching, chest pressing into his mouth. He smiles against her, nipping the full flesh of her breast before sucking a small, dark mark into the sensitive skin just above her bra.
Holly’s fingers dive into his hair, scratching her nails against his scalp as he continues his way up her body, and only when his lips meet hers does he finally touch her. His hand slips into her panties, ring and middle finger running through her folds, dipping into her where she aches for him the most. It’s a ghost of a touch, but it’s enough for him to feel how wet she is.
Nick groans into her mouth before pulling away to rest his forehead against hers. “How many fingers did he get in you?”
She pauses, lost in the way his thumb rolls over her clit, until he prods again. “Baby…”
“Th-three.” She stutters, sighing when he rewards her by sinking three of his own inside her to the knuckle.
“Three?” he almost sounds impressed. “Maybe he really is a quick study… Did you feel him?”
“I…” her brain blanks when he brushes against her gspot, clenching around his fingers before she remembers he’s expecting her to answer. “Y-yes.”
“And?”
“He's thick—he was already leaking a little when I touched him…”
“After a mouthful of you? I don’t blame him.” He kisses her once more, quick, dirty, full of tongue before he straightens, pressing his other hand to the fleshy part of her tummy, just below her belly button. The pressure combined with the thrust of his fingers makes her dizzy, and she claws at the sheets beneath her as she feels her orgasm begin to take hold.
She’s just about to fall into the precipice when a knock sounds through their room.
“Nick—baby—please don’t-” she cries, letting go of the sheets to scramble as she tries to grab his arm, his shirt, anything to keep him close enough to finish what he started. But it’s too late. The movement of Nick’s hand stops, and he sighs.
“That was nice of him to knock.” He mutters, amused, but she can hear the strain in his voice. His hand abandons her belly to grab her wrists and fold them over her chest, holding her captive as he pulls his fingers from her. He smirks at her noise of discontent, shushing her with a laugh. “C’mon… I don’t think it’ll take us long to get back here, anyway.”
Holly nods, taking a deep steadying inhale. “Yeah… okay,” she whispers around a sigh, but even when Nick releases her, and backs away to let her up, she can't seem to make herself move.
Like he always does, Nick seems to sense what she’s feeling, even before she’s ready to acknowledge it. “You good?” She can feel his steel blue eyes on her as she studies the ceiling, and when she doesn’t respond right away, he leans back into her space. His hand is warm when it cups her cheek, pulling her back to him. “We don’t have to do this if you don’t want to.”
She does, though. She thought that maybe with the heat of the moment gone, she wouldn’t want Oli as much anymore, but thinking about him standing outside their hotel room, waiting to finish what they started, twists her insides. She just needs to know if Nick still feels the same way. “Would you think less of me if I still did?”
“Baby—no. I want you to have this… and I want to see it. But only if you want it too. You know how this works.”
She does. And she still doesn’t know what she did to deserve this. Him… Them. This unwavering love and trust that no matter who they share her with, she’ll always be theirs… His. “I still want to.”
“Good,” he huffs a laugh, extending a hand to help her to her feet. “Then why don’t you go let him in… I’ll be out in a minute.”
⸻
It's almost comical the way her and Oli stare at each other when she opens the door. Like neither of them quite believe the other would follow through. Arousal sparks in her belly anew as she takes him in. He looks good, dressed in sweatpants and the same zip-up he wore onstage, hood pulled up over his blonde hair, hands stuffed in its pockets. It makes her feel a little self conscious.
Holly has a fair idea of what she looks like. Makeup probably more than a little mussed, face and neck still flushed, hair disheveled, and there’s no doubt about what she and Nick were up to before he arrived. Oli doesn’t seem to mind though. The bulge in his sweatpants is obvious as he runs his tongue along his bottom lip, his eyes slipping from her face, down her body and back up again as if to catalog every change in her appearance since they separated.
It feels like he'd undress her right there in the entry way if she'd let him, and she probably would if he keeps looking at her like that. She fidgets, clearing her throat before steps aside. “Do you wanna come in?”
He grins wickedly at her as he nods and crosses the threshold, not bothering to take his eyes off her. “Thought you might have changed your mind.”
“That’s funny,” she has to tilt her head up to look at him as he steps into her space, letting the door close behind him with a soft click. “We actually thought the same thing about you.”
Soft low-fi beats sound from Nick’s bluetooth speaker, shaving the silence from the room, but she barely notices with Oli’s chest pressed against hers. His cologne smells good, expensive. Heady, yet subtle, and if she hadn’t seen it, she wouldn’t have any idea he played a full set hours ago.
“She thought the same thing.” Nick interrupts, breaking the spell. Unlike the catering tent earlier, it doesn’t feel awkward when he fits himself against her back. Instead it comforts her, like they’re in this together. “I knew it was a matter of time before you found your way here.”
“That confident I wanted to sleep with your girl?”
Not missing a beat, Nick replies, “I wasn’t wrong.”
There’s a smug lilt in his voice. As if he’s proud she’s as enticing as she is, that he managed to read Oli so accurately. Nick’s never been anything less than an active participant in the things that they do, but his quiet calmness can come off as passive to anyone who doesn’t know him as well as she does, and whenever he lets the cocksure, self assured side show, she can't help but shiver in excitement.
“No. You weren't.” Oli shoots back, testing Nick’s good will when he runs the pad of his thumb across her bottom lip. “So, what are the rules?”
Nick laughs, “How about we move away from the door before we start? C'mon.” He grabs her hand, softly pulling her with him without another look at their guest, trusting him to follow their lead into the bedroom. “You want a water or anything?”
“I'm good, thanks for asking though.” Oli’s gaze moves about the room, catching on the chair kitty corner to the bed before settling on where she's perched herself on the mattress. The heat in his eyes threatens to make her melt, her core pulsing when his tongue peeks out to wet his lips and she remembers exactly how it felt against her. He sucks his bottom lip between his teeth, giving her one last once over before he looks at Nick. “So. Rules?”
“We won’t ask you to use protection, unless you want to, but you don’t finish inside her… and at any moment she tells you to stop, you do.” The seriousness in Nick’s tone sends a thrill up her spine, and she wonders if this was the same version Jolly and Folio got before their first time with her.
Oli hums, nodding, “And what about you? Where are you in all this?”
“I’ll be here,” Nick gestures to the chair, “but I won’t join unless she asks me to... Is that something you’ll have a problem with?”
“Mate,” Oli laughs, “this is your girl, I’m just along for the ride.” He toes off his shoes before he fully enters the bedroom, pulling down the zipper of his hoodie as he closes the distance between them. It’s a little intimidating, the way he looms over her, tilting her head up with a finger under her chin. “And what about you, pretty girl? What do you like?”
But Holly’s never been one to back down from a challenge. “I’m not making it that easy on you…” she teases. “But I will tell you if I don’t like something.”
“Okay.”
He leans down, sealing his lips to hers, and before she has a chance to register what’s happening, he lifts her like she’s weightless, smiling against her mouth at her muffled, shocked gasp when he grips the backs of her thighs, her ass. Her legs hitch up against his ribs, hugging his slender waist while she sucks on his tongue as he turns to sit in her empty spot. Holly can feel him through his sweatpants, the hard line of his cock pressing against her aching clit at every shift as he moves them back on the mattress. It has her hips rocking down on their own accord as she imagines exactly how he’s going to feel inside her.
“I’m curious,” he mutters as she pushes his shirt up his torso. His arms seem reluctant to leave her, raising at the last moment to let her work it over his head and toss it somewhere behind them. “What would you two have done if I decided not to show?”
“Probably exactly what you’re doing right now.” Nick interjects with a laugh, stealing Oli’s attention. If this were anyone else—any of their partners, really—she’d tease him for interrupting, but there’s something comforting about his presence. He sounds nonchalant, but Holly knows if she were to look over at him, she’d already be able to see the shape of him straining against his zipper.
Oli hums, looking back to her with a leer. “Oh, they spoil you, don’t they?”
“You say that as if you don’t think I’m as generous.” She runs her fingers along his shoulders, down his chest. Without the shirt in the way, Oli seems even more massive, and she almost doesn’t know what to do with herself—or where to start.
“I guess we’ll have to see—” The cheeky smile on his face drops when she pushes him back, but she can hear his chuckle as he lands on the sheets. She leans down, smiling against his neck before she nips at the tattooed skin. He hisses, only for the sound to turn into a soft sigh, almost a moan, when she offers a soft kiss to soothe the sting.
As tempting as it is, she doesn’t think it’d be smart to leave a mark of any kind, so she moves on, sucking wet, open-mouthed kisses down his chest and his stomach. She pauses when she reaches the waistband of his boxers, pulling at it the elastic with her teeth as she slips her eyes up to look at him. He’s watching her, mouth parted, hands hovering above her as if he’s unsure whether he’s allowed to touch her or not.
The smirk that pulls at the corner of her mouth feels cocky. It’s powerful, having this effect on him. Keeping her eyes on his, she moves lower, nuzzling into the bulge in his sweatpants.
“Shit…”
“Take these off for me, huh?” She says, plucking at the thick fabric with her fingers. She doesn’t want to wait anymore; she wants to see him—all of him.
He makes no move to do as she asked. Instead, he laughs, albeit breathlessly. “I bet they like to think you're in charge.”
Holly hums, giggles as she watches the way the muscles in his abdomen jump when she scratches her nails over them. “Sure seems like I might be—”
His arm bands around her back, pulling her up his body before he sends her backward until he’s the one pressing her into the mattress. “You were saying?” Oli smirks down at her before licking into her mouth for a wet, sloppy kiss, and then he’s gone.
He’s got her flipped onto her stomach before she can process what’s happening. She blinks the shock away, only to meet Nick’s eyes as Oli’s hands attack the zipper of her skirt to pull it and her underwear off. “Up. On your knees,” he says with a soft tap on her hip. “C’mon pretty girl… lemme see you.”
Her stomach flips when she does as she’s asked and pulls her knees under her. Something that feels a little like guilt, and maybe shame, burns her face as her back arches and she presents herself to him under the steady gaze of her boyfriend. She hears a rustle of fabric behind her, turning her head only to catch a glimpse of Oli’s bare thighs out of the corner of her eye.
“Aren’t you a gorgeous thing…” he murmurs, as if he’s seeing her for the first time. Large hands cup her cheeks to spread her wide, and he sounds almost reverent, but she can still hear a puff of laughter at her tremble when he caresses her holes with his thumb. “M’glad you got the party started before I arrived, I don’t think I’d be able to hold out much longer.”
She wants to say something, taunt him about getting on with it, but then she feels the wet gob of spit land across her folds. His cock follows immediately after, rutting against her as he spreads it around, coating himself in the combined mess of his saliva and her slick. It feels a little depraved, especially when his tip catches against her entrance, forcing a whimper out of her throat before she can stop it, and she almost wonders if he’s ever going to fuck her or if he’d be happy to just keep her on the edge forever but then he’s finally thumbing his cock inside and her mind goes blank.
“Oh… I don't understand how they don't spend every possible moment inside you.” Oli sighs as he slowly sinks into her.
Nick smirks from his spot in the chair, looking away from her face to meet the man behind her. "What makes you think we don't?"
"Haven't left this room much, have you?" Oli laughs, breathless, stealing her own breath from her lungs while he works himself inside. He's thicker than he seemed in her hand, almost rivaling Folio. Heat spikes, white-hot, up her spine as a darker part of Holly wishes Nick didn’t open her up beforehand. She’d love to feel Oli break her open inch by inch. “Can’t say I blame you, though. Something like this deserves to be enjoyed as much as possible.”
The first smooth drag of his cock along her inner walls as he pulls back makes her want to sob, and the solid, deep thrust he gives her actually does. All the anticipation, all the buildup, and she’s still taken aback at how good he feels inside her. One of his hands smooths up her back, his thumb leaving a wet, tacky trail along the bumps of her spine before his fingers tangle in her hair. He doesn’t pull, doesn’t push her face into the sheets, but the weight of his hand against her skull is enough to make her go boneless. Sinking back onto his cock when he pulls back again, as if she’s chasing it, and maybe she is. The hand on her hip roots to the small of her back, holding her still as he builds his rhythm.
“This what you like, then?” The question feels like a taunt, and she moans into the sheets, lust drunk. Because how can she be expected to do anything more than clench around him in response when every slap of his balls against her clit threatens to turn into nothing more than a puddle of need. It’s enough to satisfy Oli, his chuckle behind floating to her ears, but it isn’t for Nick. He leans forward on his elbows, fingers threaded together between his parted thighs.
“Tell us, baby… he feel good?”
Oli’s fingers are gentle when they tighten in her hair, lifting her head from the bed, and the movement of his hips turns into a slow, halting grind. “Oh I think he wants an answer, pretty girl.”
It takes her a minute to blink through the haze clouding her mind, she swallows, licking her lips before she offers a short, minute nod. “It’s so good Nick,” she gasps and her mouth falls open as she pushes back, fucking herself onto the man behind her.
Oli curses, and she has half a thought that he might stop her again, but he just mutters, “Now that’s a view.”
The comment makes her preen, and while she wasn’t lying, he feels good—so fucking good—Nick’s staring at her like he can’t wait to take her apart and her mouth suddenly feels so empty. “Nick—” her hands stretch off the edge of the mattress, reaching across the open space for him.
Like always, he knows exactly what she wants without her even having to verbalize it. He pushes to his feet, smirking as he tugs open his belt. There’s already a bead of precum sitting at his tip when he pulls himself out, and her mouth waters at the sight as he jerks himself slowly.
“Open up for me, Holls…” he coaxes, sighing contentedly when she does as she’s asked, waiting for him to guide his cock into her waiting mouth. “Yeah… that’s my girl.”
She melts under his praise, swirling her tongue around his shaft as she takes him further into her mouth.
“I think I’m beginning to see how he’s got you and Noah wrapped around his finger.” Oli hums into her ear, the heat of his body sinking into her as he drapes himself over her back. One of his hands slithers beneath her to cup her neck, and she knows he can feel exactly where Nick rests in her throat. “Now that’s impressive,” he whispers and he gives her cheek a kiss, right over the bulge of Nick’s cock under the thin skin as he pulls back before thrusting back into her mouth. The comment is hot, depraved, punctuated with a deep, dirty grind of his hips that makes her keen.
The noise is muffled, garbled around Nick’s cock as he slides her throat again earning her a groan from her boyfriend and a snicker from the man behind her. “Don’t worry, pretty thing… your man and I are gonna take care of you.”
The room fills with nothing but the slick sounds of skin on skin and breathless grunts as they bounce her between them. They build her up bit by bit, working in tandem with a synchronicity that would make Noah jealous, and it's not long before Nick's rhythm begins to slip. Hips stuttering as he scrambles for something to hold onto, he slides one of his hands into her hair, knocking Oli’s hand out of the way to take over his loose grip.
His fingers flex, pulling her hair as he spills down her throat with a shuddering grunt, using his tight hold to bury her nose in the wiry hair at the base of his cock as she swallows around him, milking him dry.
“Fuck—fuck,” Nick gasps, laughing breathlessly as he pulls from her mouth with a wet pop and he falls back into the chair. “Christ.”
She barely has time to acknowledge him, though. Done being polite, Oli doubles down. His hand tightens around her throat, making her dizzy as he settles into an intense pace, fucking her with purpose. Every snap of his hips sends her closer to the edge.
White explodes behind her eyelids and her legs shake as she cums with a silent cry. Oli fucks her through it, thrusting into her wetly, only to pull out of her sharply as soon as she feels herself building again. He spills across her cheeks, her slit, flirting dangerously close to where he shouldn’t be, and she’s a little disappointed at first. Almost as if she’s forgotten the rules, and maybe she has. It’s easy to lose track when Matt and Folio cum inside her more often than not these days.
Oli collapses beside her with a contented sigh, staring at the ceiling as they both catch their breath. “Fuck.” he curses around a deep exhale, glancing over at her as he asks, “Is it always like that?”
“Dude… you have no idea.”
Holly snorts at Nick’s answer, glancing up to where he’s still slumped in the chair, pants still open even though he’s tucked himself back into his boxer briefs. “I mean… it’s always really fucking good if that’s what you’re asking.”
“After that? I’m very certain it is…” Oli laughs, running a hand down his face before he checks his watch. “Shit, it’s late. I should probably head out.”
He probably should. But it almost sounds like he doesn’t want to go, and if Holly’s honest with herself, she doesn’t want him to either. Once again Nick takes over. “What time is your bus call… There's a nice couch out there if you want a few hours of uninterrupted sleep.”
“You let me fuck your girl and now you’re offering to let me stay for a bit… you two sure know how to spoil a guy.”
Holly runs a hand through her hair before she rolls to her back, and she’s very aware of the two sets of eyes staring as she stretches. She doesn’t bother to pull her crop top back down, deciding to let Oli get a peek as she jokes, “What can we say? We’re full of surprises.”
