The Kingdom of Civelia is a place rich of culture, resources and beautiful sight-seeing. It's the home of the Aesirians, but thanks to its cultural exchange, has several other races in it as well.
Much like its closes ally Gladell, it is an island surrounded by a vast ocean and to reach the other Kingdoms one would have to take a flight. Boats are a variant as well, but the unruly waters and dangerous cliffs around Civelia make it a dangerous task to do so.
Civelia was the 4th Kingdom to be established. With its position and history, it is on favorable situation with all Kingdoms, allowing trades and visitors of all other Kingdoms. Should war arise between the other Kingdoms, Civelia is considered the neutral ground no one attacks. One could compare it to Switzerland, as many nobles and such put their gold there for safe-keeping.
Structure wise, a King and a Queen rule Civelia from Selechan its capital, with many noble families to help in decisions with a council of sorts. Underneath the nobles we have an Upper Class and a middle class. There is no poverty, as the nobles and every higher ups makes sure that everyone is safe and healthy, giving even the 'lowest' of workers a paycheck to ensure living.
The military isn't much either. People at the age of 18 are obligated to join the army for 2 years of education and training. They get paid to do so as well and after two years have the choice to continue their military career or pursue something else.
