☾ - talk about what made you choose your muse and how they became who they are today

First off, thanks a ton for the ask! But i actually started this blog forever ago and even though its only a side muse i chose him because i adore Fruits Basket but even more i saw this beautiful character that had a lot underneath him.

I loved how Shigure took care of both Yuki and Kyo, despite both of their circumstances and how much of a mess the two of them made. He didn’t take in Tohru just because he’s a perv and well ‘highschool girls’. He did that out of kindness, he added another teenager into his home. This way he also go to see just how great of an influence Tohru was.

I’m ranting way too much, but in conclusion i just think Shigure is such a kind, loyal genuine spirit. Much like his zodiac and honestly i wish to be more like him.

“Someone rolled over on the wrong side of the bed...” Shigure mumbled to himself watching the boy practically hiss at the dog! 600 years old and murdering thousands? He wasn’t exactly one to judge and it’s not like he didn’t have quite the strange life himself. But he was starting to question just how weird his curse seemed now.

“Well i mean you could just eat me as a dog, but its really your choice.”

“That seems to be a common concern amongst my friends.” Shigure spoke, pouting his lips out. As if he had this vast world of friends who were concerned about him. Which he didn’t. Hatori, Ayame and the boys were enough to keep him fulfilled in life. After all what more could he asked for. He had been blessed enough with the people in his life, which he deserved for the part of his life that was cursed.

The dog watched as he leaned back and pinched his nose, it was an often action he did. It was as if he thought it relieved stress, but truly it didn’t.”I did just say i was doing research,” He pointed out, even if that research wasn’t much like work to him.”Little spat?” He quirked a brow at Hatori,”We are talking about Kyo and Yuki, right?” Shigure chuckled, standing up so he could stretch his tired legs.”It only seems to get worse the closer Kyo comes too...” He looked over to the sea horse and knows he didn’t need to explain much further. It was a horrible fate bestowed upon the cat, one he desperately wished he could change.
