I think I just deeply enjoy imagining a world where hinata and kamukura both exist in at least some capacity and komaeda and kamukura have a very strange relationship that's somewhat unhealthy and unfair but probably the healthiest relationship either of them could ever hope for meanwhile hinata's still stuck on "I-I don't like komaeda! holy fuck it's difficult to get a grasp on his personality and mindset and all that bullshit

trying to keep a balance of showing his inaccurate interpretations of situations he's in while ALSO making it clear to a reader that these descriptions are Not True is a challenge

there are only so many synonyms for "disgusting" in the thesaurus
