"You want me to do you, too?" Triple asks, breaths still harsh pants and chest rising up and down.
Niki considers it. Then shakes his head. He feels vaguely sick and not just because of the alcohol still streaming in his veins. "It's fine. I should go, anyway. It's getting late."
It's getting morning, actually. Orion is going to commit homicide if he finds out. Part of Niki wants him to find out. He craves his attention too much to not to – he wants it all to himself. He wants to cradle himself in it and never come out.
Triple looks at him for a moment, but must see something in Niki's face, because he doesn't push it. "Okay. If you're sure," he says as easily as ever.
"Goodnight," Niki murmurs before leaving the hotel room without waiting for a reply.
The door bangs closed after him. He leans against it and wishes he were anywhere else.
