Ryan May Parker is the younger twin sister of Peter Benjamin Parker and a high school student. She takes pictures and records and edits videos of Peter as Spider Man, posting them on her blog under an pseudonym that’s dedicated to supporting the idea that anyone can be a hero no matter how small you are and where you come from.  Along with her blog, she has her own podcast on Spotify to talk about Spider Man. She’s a huge fan of mythology, Norse being her favorite so she has a little fangirl crush on Thor Odinson; and with history being her favorite subject, she learned everything there was to know about James Buchanan “Bucky” Barnes. 

A day after school, Peter was approached by Tony Stark who wanted to recruit him on his team for the Avengers Civil War due to the videos that he seen of him on YouTube. Peter instantly gives credit to Ryan and tells Tony that if he is to go to Germany that Ryan is to come with because it was her videos that helped him locate Peter. In agreement, Ryan flew to Germany where she got to meet Happy Hogan and talk about her application that she placed in for the Stark Internship along with Peter. From this is where things branched off for Ryan and Peter.

Returning back to normal life of dating Flash Thompson and being good friends with Ned Leeds, Elizabeth Toomes, Betty Brant, and Dakota Brock, Ryan practiced for the Academic Decathlon with her team that was coming up shortly. On the day of the trip, Peter snuck off during the night at the hotel the team was staying at which left Ned and Ryan to babysit the Chitauri Energy Core that he taken from the Vulture’s Henchmen—which is a whole other story. 

Two years later when an alien ship hovers above New York, Ryan and Peter ready themselves and begin to help the Avengers with the help of Theodore Barton. While Theo stayed on ground, Ryan and Peter tried to rescue Doctor Strange on the Q-Ship but got stuck as the ship left the earth’s atmosphere. As Iron Man deployed the twins iron made suits for them, Peter recovered quickly to his spider abilities while Ryan drifted off into dark space all by herself until she was picked up hours later by the Guardians of the Galaxy and Thor. 

Reuniting with Tony, Strange, and Peter, the team made way for planet Titan where they’d eventually come face to face with Thanos. Though human and with no abilities, only with a suit and rocket boots, Ryan fought to try and remove a few stones off Thanos’ gauntlet. She grabbed the power stone, encapsulating it in her palm as Thanos used the stone to bring a moon down on Tony and from the surge of energy Ryan was blown back and knocked out as purple tendrils sparked out of her hands. 

The moment she recovered became the moment that she, her brother, and half of the world turned to dust.

Kevin was finally close to the orb, wondering to himself why the price was so high for such a small thing like this. He reached out to grab the orb when he suddenly felt a strong hand on his shoulder. Kevin let out a sudden yelp and turn around quickly, his hand at his waistband ready to grab his machete only to meet the sight of his brother’s shitting grin and laugh. 

“God- You- You asshole!” Kevin hissed in annoyance since his brother scared the absolute crap out of him by sneaking up on him like that. Seeing Kevin’s annoyed glare only made Peter snicker more and slapped his shoulder.

 “Watch your language, you kiss anyone with that mouth? Let your big brother handle this” he teased and reached out to grab the orb before letting out a loud surprised grunt from Kevin suddenly elbowed him in the side. 

“Screw you old man, I got here first while you were out there dancing like a Mangalore if they even had any type of dance skills” Kevin retorted with a smirk seeing Peter’s mouth drop open and looking highly offended. 

Then Peter reached out again attempting to take the orb, the two brothers tussled and bickered with each other while the orb was being used as a tug of war between them.

“Take that back! You ungrateful brat”

“No, back off!” 

“Give it here and apologize!”

“HEY!” A sudden voice yell out, snapping the two brothers out of their bickering and noticed they were surrounded by Ronin’s henchman and guns pointed at them.

“...Okay you can have it…” Kevin murmured with wide eyes and let go of the orb, shoving it into Peter’s arms.

Trying my hand at aesthetics again. I’m still figuring out how to make edits other than aesthetics, but this is what I’ve got. I do like how this turned out though. Probably one of my favorite aesthetics I’ve made. I just really like the colors.

Date: 4/18/2006

Dear Diary

I’m sorry for not writing as much. I have pneumonia again so I’m sure you will understand. Both lungs this time. It feels pretty bad, but Stitch is with me, and Peter visits a lot, so it's not always so bad. Mom brought you in the third day I was here. It's very hard to breathe and writing is harder. 

Mom says I’ll be okay, but I think she’s lying to me again. She doesn’t know it, but I can hear her and the doctors talk out in the hallway. And I can tell when she’s been crying. Her eyes get all red and puffy and her smiles look weird. I pretend I don’t notice so she doesn’t worry. I cried too, but only when she was asleep.

The doctors say I’m going to die. Not soon. But eventually. I’m not going to get a twentieth birthday party. But I didn’t get a ninth birthday party so I guess I’m not missing out on much. Twenty sounds very far away. But I guess it's not very old either. It’s only eleven more birthdays. I know Mom wasn’t much older than that when she had me. So I guess I won’t have kids. Maybe I’ll get to graduate high school. All the movies make it look so cool. 

I don’t want to die. The doctors and Mom and Aunt May and Uncle Ben and Peter all smile and say I’m going to be alright, but I don’t think I will be. I think they’re lying to make me feel better. Well, maybe not Peter. I don’t think he knows either. I don’t want to be the one to tell him. 

My hand is getting tired and it's hard to keep my eyes open. Everyone says to be strong, but I don’t really know what that means. Maybe it means not showing I’m scared. I guess I can do that.

I hate hospitals. They smell so gross. I just want to sleep in my own bed, but Mom says we can’t go home until I feel better. She didn’t say when that would be though. Maybe before I turn twenty.

Well, I’ll let you know when I feel better. Maybe if I do live to twenty, I’ll add a note here so everyone knows this has a happy ending.  - Mia

Ordinary People 

All Elodie Sparks wants is a normal life. She wants to get her morning coffee and open up her bookstore in peace before going home and curling up in front of Netflix. 

Only, living in New York just a few blocks away from Avengers tower, she doesn’t always get what she wants. Alien invasions, car chases and guys in ridiculously coloured suits crashing through buildings every few weeks means Elodie’s quiet life has definitely been put on the back burner.

She does everything she can to keep her head down, knowing nothing of the brightly coloured superheros wreaking havoc in her neighbourhood…not their names or what they really look like. 

Until one day her store is a target, her front window smashed in and a guy lying seemingly injured between the books. 

Though he is insistent that he’s fine her army medic training kicks in automatically, patching him up and keeping him safe while battle rages on. It’s in her DNA to never leave a man behind…

I’ve said this for a few others but I really mean it: ABSOLUTELY USELESS

there was no reason to give Peter Parker a twin sister, or to make her trans on top of that

her being trans serves no purpose whatsoever and is just SJW fan service bullshit

she’s not a superhero and never becomes one/never gets powers so she’s just boring and basic and unnecessary

Peter already has Ned and Maggie he doesn’t need a sister who does nothing cool

would also be considered a wasted opportunity for superhero twins

would get So. Much. Shit. from transphobes and terfs under the bs banner of wanting to “stick to the canon of the comics”

ships would def include: Maggie (the only good/right one), Peter (gross), May (also gross), Ned (not as bad but would be weird bc they’re just buds), and Tony after Endgame

any and all ships with Daisy would have that subset that makes the relationship disturbingly sexualized just because she’s trans, even within the CaliFlower shippers
