This is why I say Daemon is so central to the plot, he is the glue. Daenerys is her great great great great granddaddy reincarnated. He has the vision of her, keeps the line pure (blood of the dragon), and leads to Dany being the fulfillment of the Song of Ice and Fire Prophecy - she is the Prince(ss) Who Was Promised.

I feel like we're getting more ties to the true ending to GOT through this since they're going book accurate/GRRM Canon and I love it SO FUCKING MUCH MAN.

Rhaenyra and Daemon would ride together frequently through their whole lives together canonically, so it's only natural their dragons formed the same lovers bond and that's possibly the cutest thing I've ever heard.

Its everything I hoped for and more... but here are my first impressions:

Definitely got teased by the HOTD Soundtrack, it's definitely not Daemon related BUT it IS a slow burn romance, that he is the main character of, and is solely narrating.

The preview scene this morning was just his introduction as a character and some other characters. The setting is introduced, as well as his characters obvious infatuation with, and growing suspicion of, the female lead.

I think its well written so far, which is hard to do with 1st person audio narration. He has to describe the scene with just dialogue, but its working. Half the time I'm distracted by his sighs and how DEEP his voice really is.

It's subscription only, but the intro was lovely and his voice is like melting honey. Well worth it!!!! I love a good spicy murder mystery, and who doesn't love a Matt Smith x Reader/ Enemies to Lovers Trope

I'll be tuning in and updating my thoughts as it's released. 😌

I don't really have words for the lads devs this morning that are good or bad I'm just neutral at this point. They need to definitely realize not everyone can be pleased, but if it allows them more time to work on the current Li's story I dont necessarily mind. I just think its a lil strange to go so hard in the paint about a new love interest, give him a whole backstory and scene leaks, and suddenly because of "Twitter response" you've decided no more additional Li's EVER and you're canceling the one thats already kinda been developed and released? Feels a lil drastic but maybe I'm underestimating how dramatic this Fandom is when it comes to the boys.

Please just remember its a game ❤️ games are meant to be enjoyed. By all. Not just some.
