Warm-up 15 min jog Circuit 1 (x2) 15 Reverse Lunge per leg (w/ two 15lbs dumbbells) 15 Wide-Stance Squat (w/ two 15lbs dumbbells) 30 secs Squat Hold (w/ two 15lbs dumbbells) Circuit 2 (x2) 10 Step-Up on a box per leg (w/ two 15lbs dumbbells) 10 Split Squat per leg (w/ two 15lbs dumbbells) 10 Pulse Squat per leg on a BOSU ball 20 Shuffle-Over over a BOSU ball, each followed by a Squat Circuit 3 (x2) 10 Princess lunges per leg 20 Jumping Squats Cool Down 5 min jog
..Breakfast.. Egg white omelet with ham, broccoli & cheddar cheese and a latte ..Lunch.. Creamy shirataki noodles w/ chicken & veggies (broccoli, bell pepper) ..Snack.. Protein shake ..Dinner.. Steak & salad w/ cucumber & green onions... and 2 squares of dark chocolate (85% cocoa)
A pink smoothie bowl to start the day! 🌞 Banana smoothie (with @yoursuperfoods’ forever beautiful + muscle power mixes) topped with chia pudding, raspberries, banana coins and 5-minute stovetop granola 👌🏻🌿

Hey lovelies~ I had a very demanding summer this year since the project I was working on was coming to an end. I just... couldn’t find the right work/life balance because of all the overtime I had to do :( But it has finally ended, and here I am, getting back to my fitness and eating routine! :D That’s the most important part right?
