Whether you are a casual fan, a die-hard truther, or just a bit nosy, you are invited to the unofficial-official Gabico day celebration on Tumblr and AO3 on the 27th of May! This will be a time to appreciate the love our two drivers have for each other and the love we have for them, so let's make it legendary :))))
It's easy! All you need to do is post a piece of fanwork to Tumblr using the tag #GabicoDay2026, or to AO3 in the Gabico Day 2026 collection, on the 27th of May. Our goal is for there to be an influx of Gabico content on both websites on that day!
Literally anything. Fanfiction, fanart, edits, gif sets, etc. So long as it doesn't breach terms of service on either website, it's fair game. It can be in any language as well, though English, Portuguese or German is of course preferred ;)

But I can't think of anything to write/draw?
Don't worry! We'll make a blog post with a list of prompts you can use for inspiration. If you've ever been even a little bit interested in Gabico, now is the time to get creating.
Can I post on other social media?
We would prefer to keep this event to fandom and RPF-friendly spaces, so stick to Tumblr and AO3 only for explicitly romantic or sexual content. But more neutral or platonic content is totally okay to post on Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
Can I include other ships?
Sure, but Gabico needs to be the main relationship.
What if I can't make something before then?
We understand that this is quite last minute (oops, sorry) and that high-quality fanworks take a lot of time and effort to create. Please do not feel pressured to make something perfect! Even just a short one-shot or a single chapter, or a quick sketch, would be amazing.
Can I still celebrate even if I can't make anything?
Of course! You can submit prompts to this blog, or celebrate by liking and reblogging Tumblr posts and leaving kudos and comments on fics!
