       Gabriel thanked Lucifer, and hearing that just felt so strange for the archangel. The two of them had always argued and fought, especially after the Fall, so this was new. No fighting, no screaming, no archangel blades… just two brothers trying to survive.

       Once his brother started getting up, Lucifer brought his hand out to help. A small laugh was in response to Mikey-douche—at least they were both on the same page there. Looking around, he couldn’t help but wince at the look of this universe with all its gray and dullness. Sure, he always complained about his Earth, but at least there was some green—at least some fun. Over here it was desolate and just outright depressing.

        “Yes, let us go. The Winchesters helped plenty of humans escape, but who knows what else is left behind in this world. I used up a lot of my Grace to patch you up, so I unfortunately cannot transport us anywhere. We’ll have to go by foot. Are you able to walk, brother?” 

“I can walk.” Gabriel grunts as he leans against the tree, the younger archangel clearly needing to take a moment to breathe and Gabriel was feeling rather affectionate as he went and hugged Lucifer carefully before he moved away and started to lead the way deeper into the snow covered forest, Gabriel’s breath fogging the air and he shivered as he tugged his jacket closer to him, Gabriel zipping it up then stuffing his hands into his pockets.

The fact that he was shivering and actually feeling the weather? well it showed just how depleted Gabriel’s grace was at the moment.

“I wonder...if they have a Men of Letters Bunker here too? Then again, even that place is blocked off to us without the key or wards adjusted,” He mutters softly “Fuck.” He mumbled as he quietly wished they could get somewhere that had a earthly connection to Heaven like Eden had been or somewhere where they could make holy water. Holy water was technically divine right? Maybe it would help with replenishing grace at least a little...

“I know Michael kicked our collective asses...but please tell me you’ve at least got the energy to fight off any of angels possibly on our tails?”

       Always like Gabriel to joke around about things in the bleakest of times… It was something that Lucifer truly missed, and hadn’t been able to enjoy in eons and eons. Being cast into the Cage cut him off from his family, and he had forgotten how much he needed his brothers by his side. Unfortunately, it was only one brother left standing, but if Lucifer were being honest… Gabe was the most important one to him.

       “I suppose I can help you out of this predicament, baby brother,” he answered with amusement, “I am weak from being drained of my Grace, but I might have enough to help stop the wound from getting worse.” He kneeled down next to his brother and brought his hand to the wound before a bright light shone through his fingers. The archangel closed his eyes as he did so, focusing all of his energy to take care of the other; he remembered when they were just fledglings and how they were together… he always wanted to protect him, but never could. Maybe now was his chance to do that.

       Blue eyes shown through now-open eyes, and the light from his hand dissipated from the air. He looked down at Gabriel, concern still in his eyes, but he was hopeful. “Did that help at all?” he asked slowly.

Gabriel made a face at being called baby brother again. He’d always make that face cause he’s not a little fledgling anymore. Yet...here he was, asking for his big brother’s help because of another douche big brother stabbing him. Guess even with dad in another universe, he still found ways to screw with him, didn’t he?

So when Lucifer went and actually used his grace to stop the bleeding and try to heal the wound enough to stop bleeding? Well, that surprised Gabriel, even as he felt his brother’s rather unique grace working on him....and when the other was done using what grace he could...Gabriel gently felt the wound and looked it over before he slowly sat up.

“It’s...it’s better...It shouldn’t bleed anymore if I’m careful...thank you, Lucifer,” Gabriel says as he looks up at his taller brother and he smiled before looking down and he nodded to himself before he started to get up, “nnh, come on. Let’s get out of here before Mikey-douche finds us...then we can talk about our feelings and how our graces need to recharge. Then we can figure out how to get out of here.”

Michael smiled at him. The archangel looked up at his brother “It is nice, very you as well.” The older archangel was pleased to see his brother had somewhere nice to live. He didn’t want his little brother to have nothing. Their father had just left Michael with nothing when he got him out of the cage.  Michael had been struggling on his own since. With a mind that was so damaged he couldn’t cope some days. “Thank you brother.” he looked up at him.  It would be nice to not be alone anymore. He felt safer now that he was with his brother. “It’s nice to see you have a place of your own Gabriel.”

“Thank you. I sold some gold and whatnot that I had collected over the years to get the money to pay for this.” Gabriel says as he smiles at his brother, “Let’s just say there’s going to be some treasure hunters looking for old west treasure troves for ages and when they do find em...all they’ll find is a statue of me.” Gabriel smirked before he went over to the kitchen.

“Want me to make you anything, Michael? I’m already going to make a cake, might as well make anything you might want while I’m in here,” Gabriel says as he starts to get things from the cabinets, mixing bowls and the like

       When Gabriel mentioned that the Winchesters were discussing leaving him behind, his eyes flashed a red for a split second. Just the thought of that made him so ANGRY… he was actually trying to love his son; to teach him the ways of the world, and the two Most Hated Hunters of all time had tried and succeeded with ridding him of the only thing that mattered to him.

       For now, however, he was just glad that someone from him FAMILY was okay. Gabe mentioned that he lost much of his Grace, and that worried Lucifer. He watched as the other wrapped his wound, but it didn’t look like it was going to stop anytime soon. He gave a gentle chuckle to the mention of this Michael being a worse dick, but before he could even respond or even direct his attention to the wounds, Gabriel started to talk about something else.

       Eyes averted as his younger brother spoke, the archangel unsure how to take in what he was saying. Yes, the mention of him being a cancer hurt him immensely… but he couldn’t entirely blame the other for calling him that. 

       “You don’t have to apologize,” he answered, almost uneasily. “I haven’t been the best brother to you either. I’m sorry that I tried to kill you back at Elysian Fields Hotel. I don’t know if it helps at all, but it’s been haunting me ever since it happened—for whatever it’s worth, I’ve missed you, Gabe.” Lucifer let out a small smile in response, but he knew that there was no forgiving what he’d done back at that hotel.

“As if, Lucifer. I needed to apologize. Didn’t want you thinking that’s all I thought of you,” He huffs a bit before he shook his head. He didn’t bother trying to stand yet. Standing was something that was beyond his capabilities right now.

“Look, as you can see I’m a very well loved commodity that everyone has to try and kill. The Pagans tried, you tried, Michael tried. Must be a right of passage for people.” He gave a weak chuckle before he reached out and gave Lucifer a gentle pat on the shoulder

“Look, I got my revenge for the whole attempted killing when I got to drug you and see your rather hilarious expressions. That? That was amazing. That and...yknow if you help me out here then I’ll consider us even”

theres a new product by verzion called “hum” that allows your parents to track your car and places you go, if your parents are controlling like mine please check under your steering wheel to make sure that they havent installed this

To add to this nightmare, I’ve just heard of a thing called ForceField where people get to monitor and block internet sites that you’re going on if they don’t approve.

It tells the user what sites/apps you’re going on, for how long you’re on them, and WHERE YOU ARE ON AN UPDATING MAP.

So you know if you’re in an abusive household and use sites like tumblr to escape and talk to friends, you could be cut off from that.

They say “it’s not spyware” but it sure sounds controlling and creepy to me.

Life 360 is another tracker. My parents have used it on me, not allowing me to delete it from my phone, and sometimes even demanding selfies to prove I was where the map said. (As if I’d go anywhere without my phone)

SpectorPro is another one. Afaik it can’t track location, but it takes screenshots roughly every 20sec to allow the installer to watch a video of your computer activity. It also tracks all keystrokes, so passwords aren’t safe, and records any website you visit + the duration. It’s incredibly creepy and a huge violation of privacy, and was one of the cornerstones of my abuse as a kid.

       The archangel kneeled down next to Gabriel, eyes observing all the blood that was surrounding him. The two of them have been shaky ever since Lucifer KILLED Gabriel—or, at least, he thought—and the two of them being back during this incredibly complicated situation was only straining their relationship even more. However, Gabe was his BROTHER, and he still cared for him; that was never going to change.

       “I thought Michael killed you—” That would make TWO of Gabriel’s older brothers that attempted so. “I was left behind by the Winchesters and my son.” The elder archangel scoffed, raising his shoulders slightly to show forced apathy. Icy blue eyes moved to his brother’s wound, and it didn’t look like it was healing.

       “Have you lost strength, Brother? You’re not looking that great right now.”

Gabriel just seemed to stare for a moment, the youngest archangel’s brain seeming to blank for a moment before he shook his head, “I’m...not surprised they did that. It was something they had talked about while you were off bonding with Jack...and I got sick of it so i went and wandered and that’s when you found me and tried introducing me to the kid.” Gabriel takes in a sharp breath only to wince, “Ugh...”

“And of course I lost strength, Luce,” He says as he looks to the wound and scowls, wiping his hand off on the snow and then rolled his jacket sleeves up briefly and tore off a huge chunk of his long sleeved shirt’s fabric and pressed it to the wound

“I wasn’t using an illusion this time,” He mutters, “I lost...so much of my grace right then...I’m surprised my desperate attempt worked,” He says as he lets out a huff of air, “I heard you run, and I heard Michael rage and storm off. He’s an even worse dick than our Michael.” He says with a soft huff and for a moment he wondered if any archangels lived in this twisted dimension...but something was bugging him, a lot. “Look Luce...” He actually met his brother’s eyes for once, the hazel tinged with gold eyes of his vessel looking sad, “I’m sorry we had to involve you at all. You were minding your own business for once...and it’s my own damn fault cause I hadn’t recovered enough grace from my smiting Asmodeus...and I’m sorry I called you cancer....that was rude and...and unnecessary.”

The king of hell and a bloody archangel. “ Now that was something he could laugh about. Crowley shifted his body to relax as he sat on the couch and disregarded the bag of warming blood inside his coat pocket. “ I don’t want you thinking I could provide any entertainment for you now. And if we are to be housemates, I would like to know the comings and goings of anyone you bring in. Save for any females of the sort, I could live without knowing your exuberant lifestyle. “

Gabriel just laughed at the demon’s words. It really was like a bad TV show about to happen here, wasn’t it? Ah well. He figured that he could taunt and tease Crowley a little and hope that eventually the demon would get used to it and hopefully give him a run for his money on the sarcasm and wit

“Now now, Crowley. I may have...enjoyed that kind of life style a while back but...not anymore. Getting to be some Hell Prince’s pet sure ruined my outlook on life, yknow?” Gabriel says as he shrugs, “Either way you’ll be fine. I may have a dog that wanders in and out, he’s been my pup since I left heaven.” Gabriel says as he keeps working on the ingredients he has at hand “Now...tell me, which would you prefer, chocolate, vanilla or both?” Gabriel asks, eyes going to Crowley for now, watching to see if he was even remotely interested in any sort of food.
