These creamy lime popsicles are great for hot summer days because they are sweet and sour at the same time.
Ingredients: 1 can sweetened condensed milk. 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Whisk until well combined and smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert sticks into molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely firm. Once frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles. Serve and enjoy!
