Hi everyone! Thank you for shopping TFP. A few updates. (Sorry for the length) 1. The post office is still operating with covid and it's bananas. Some packages are not being scanned. Quite a few delayed packages have been found and finally show up but I've had 5 lost packages thus far. If it's been over 2 weeks with no movement,I will remake and reship. Some packages are being quarantined when a worker tests positive. I just got a package last week that was shipped over a month prior. 🖒 2. I used to make everything made-to-order but with the new growth (thank you!) I am moving to just batch releases. I plan to restock however the items I make take 24-48 hrs to make and often I go through 2-3 hoodies before one comes out perfect for shipping. The striped crewnecks for example are the hardest and most finicky to make. 3. There have been fairly large delays in supplies (one of my blank orders found it's way to quincy and the recipient was nice enough to find me and send a message for reshipments 💖) and that's held up a few things 4. I usually try to be a ball of sunshine on my feed however I think transparency can also be important at times. I have had 3 deaths of loved ones during this rush and to say it didn't affect some work days would be false. Covid is real. Please stay safe. 5. To speed up the process, I've been making orders out of order in batches. I see now that although a bit faster, it might not have been the best strategy. Most June orders are out and about (thank you for your reviews 😁) but there are quite a few left. If you would like an exchange, feel free to shoot me a message. 90% of orders have been shipped 😊 6. If you have emailed and have not received a response, it is possible that it either got lost in spam or my replies may have gotten lost in your spam. I work to reply in 48 hrs or less. 7. For any small business owners out there, sleep is important. Your health is important.
