Hello! I’m here to give more proof of the fact that tfp is all in Sherlock or John’s mind. First of all you need to know that usually a person dreams about people they have seen or that they know, because it’s difficult for our brain to create new faces, so according to this, the scenes where baby Eurus is on the plane can only be in John or Sherlock’s (emp) mind.

The reason is simple: if everything that happened in tfp was real, we would see this girl on the plane (real baby Eurus):

and not this girl:

the first girl would be the one we’d see if we were actually seeing Eurus’ imagination, while the second one is what Sherlock and John would imagine once they are told of a little girl and a plane full of dead/unconscious people, because they connected it to facts they knew or heard about, so they imagined that the girl who was talking about the “flight of the dead” could have the same face of another girl they heard talking about another “flight of the dead”
