It's becoming a habit. What? What is? You holding my hand. You hold it so easily and casually.
LOVELY RUNNER - EPISODE 15
Are you insane? Why did you step out naked?
Some of the ways in which Sol and Sunjae are similar ✨
Kim Hye Yoon and Byeon Woo Seok in LOVELY RUNNER (2024)
Shout-out to girlies who don't use any product on their horns and talons. "Yeah I only use a buffing wax and a gentle calcite oil, plus screener if I'm going to be in the sun" no, fuck that. This is about people who let the water stains stick and aren't afraid of fading. The obsession with looking like you're still in your 100s is so toxic and like. Who cares if you're 340 and one horn is slightly darker than the other. Gore anyone who gives you shit about it
handsome women covered in blood. reblog.
I hope all of you sharing this know that you're putting yourself on a dream hit list for a coven of lesbian vampires by even touching this post.
have you eaten? (i love you). did you get enough sleep last night? (i love you). how do you feel today? (i love you). did you have a nice day? (i love you). will you come on a walk with me? (i love you). here's some fruit I cut up for you. (i love you) (i love you) (i love you).
me when I have a medium day: let’s spice it up with a little treat
Reblog if you deserve a little treat
so like. obviously it's an immensely tragic route to take but sometimes it's just so satisfying for a story to go "there's no happy ending this time. resistance is futile in this scenario. the 'good guys' can't win. this is a pointless last stand. so for their final act, our beloved characters are going to rock the antagonist's shit so fucking hard it makes you stare at a wall struggling to process what just happened and how you feel about it for hours afterwards."
i simply think that sometimes it's the best possible narrative decision to allow characters to become supernovas, imploding on themselves but taking as much with them as possible. "you can't save anyone" "maybe not, but i can hurt you". fuck yes. if you can't beat them, tear them apart.
Eclipse in Chile
It’s wilder than that. You feel the temperature drop around you. Animals start to freak out cause they think night has fallen. Even more crazy is shadow snakes. Where you see the shadows around you start to shimmer. Kind of like the shadows of atmospheric disturbances you see during really hot days or near a fire.
You can learn more about this in SmarterEveryDay’s video
And here’s a video that captures the shadow snakes
My unga bunga ancestors, absolutely surrounded by shadow snakes during an eclipse
Also, the overall tone of the light is wrong and it’s almost impossible to articulate why.
It’s not dark per se, but the light doesn’t just seem dimmed, it seems like it’s in a different spectrum.
It feels like when a movie puts a filter over the film to indicate that something very very bad is happening, like an eldritch horror has arrived offscreen, and the bad light is slowly sucking your soul out of your body, only it’s real life, and the bad light permeates everywhere.
Imagine being a caveman and looking up one day to see the sky has gone dark and what looks to be God’s eye is starting directly at you
Whenever I see people discoursing online about how all fiction must model good behavior and explicitly state that any bad behavior depicted is wrong, lest someone in the audience mistake it for “glorifying,” all I can think of is that line from Arrested Development where Buster, in his mid-30s, objects to something by saying “that’s not the way mother is raising me”
Like yeah maybe YA books and kids’ cartoons have a responsibility to demonstrate the difference between Right and Wrong, since the audience is, like, actual children, but if you’re consuming literally anything more advanced than Disney XD’s Ducktales, you should absolutely be expected to bring your own moral framework from home and not need your media to spoon-feed morality to you
if you see a show about a a man manufacturing and selling methamphetamine while abusing his wife and murdering people and you can’t tell whether the author intends for you to think his actions are right or wrong? That might be more your problem than the text’s. You might just, at that point, be an idiot.
[banging on the notes of this post with a broomstick from below] yo shut the fuck up in there
We can't ibuprofen our way outta this one boys
This post was meant as a joke but it has come to my attention that literally none of us are ok
btw if you ever make anything for me EVER ill literally go crazy stupid. like ill go insane . il love you for ever.
Saw an Italian today
They should take his shirt off and show his armpit with steam and sweat
i think he was quite clear
Why do people keep reblogging that photo of a goth chick in a combine harvester
For context she made a tiktok dancing to a country song and people were saying "I bet she doesn't even know how to start a tractor". So she started the tracker up and drove it.
