Loki and Svadilfari sketches.
Another sketch for Loki and humanized Svadilfari. I drawing this while listening Doctor Who ‘s ost. Oooh, this music is divine!
"You sure do have a knack for being in the wrong place at the wrong time, don’t you…?"
"Perhaps, I fail to see how this is the wrong place or the wrong time" Loki said his tone was sharp. A sly grin was on his face. He had been chasing a very particular signature and he was sure that they had passed onto Midgard. "Medan min bror är kung ..." Loki began. He realised he wasn't speaking english and then frowned. "While my brother is King I'm left to do his duties on Midgard. One of them is to find a rather special being...Svaðilfari. I...my brother needs him for some reason" Loki said hoping the slight slip would be glossed over. His motive was rather self serving. "I have reason to think you've picked up on some strange...behaviour." He said pointing to her work

Loke/Loki and three of his kids by Devilry
"That's not yours"
Athelstan jumped as he heard the voice and spun round quickly, gulping as he saw the stranger. “I-I wasn’t going to keep it… I was just looking…”
Loki grimaced. He sighed softly he then looked at the moon. He thought of his son Fenrir and the two wolves who chased the son and moon. “It is true, bound in the entrails of his son. Venom dripped onto my face, my poor Váli turned into a wolf. I never found him. It made me so angry.” Loki shook with rage. His green eye flashed all the brighter. His eyes didn’t look at the priest. “I had six children. One dead, one a salve to Odin, one the queen of the dead, one bound in chains, one cast into the ocean…and my poor Váli a wild animal. Tell me priest, do you think my children should suffer for my actions?” He asked. His mouth was a thin line. His slim frame shook. “You’re lucky to have a merciful god” Loki stated dryly.
Athelstan gulped and quickly moved his hands behind his back to hide their shaking. So it was Loki standing in front of him. He chewed on his lip, wondering what to say in response. “G-God often punishes children for their parents’ sins. I-It is an effective way of showing the damage they have done… H-He is not so merciful as everyone here believes. He has destroyed cities and people in great numbers. He encourages us to be forgiving because He himself is not.”
Loki gave Athelstan a withering look. His god was nothing compared to a Jotun or even Odin on a war path. He sighed heavily. "You should fear me more then your god preist. I may be broken but I can do many things your god will not dare to" Loki said. His voice was low and dangerous. He looked up at the clouds and heard a rumble of thunder. Loki flinched at the sound. "I would take my children and steal away if I could but I cannot hide from my oaf of a brother" Loki said with a roll of his eyes. He looked at Athelstan. "As I don't feel like killing you Christian you have my good favour" Loki said. It meant that Loki would watch and keep Athelstan safe, with his own chaotic twist of course. He pursed his lips and looked at Athelstan. "From what you were told do you think my children deserved to be harmed?" He asked.
"That's not yours"
Athelstan jumped as he heard the voice and spun round quickly, gulping as he saw the stranger. “I-I wasn’t going to keep it… I was just looking…”
Loki nodded at what was said. “Wise advise priest” Loki told him. He took a deep breath and then looked at Athelstan. He did wonder if he should tell he priest who he was. He decided he would leave a hint and see if the man took it. “In truth, my scars are from a punishment for lying and angering others…” He told the man. He sighed gently. He knew that he should have kept his mouth closed but he couldn’t at all. It was his one downfall. “I only regret my children were punished for my insolence” Loki said truthfully. He green eyes then fell on a few farm workers who didn’t recognise him at all. He smiled at the thought. He then sighed gently. “I made sure I got the worse but it didn’t save my youngest boy Nari.” Loki said. The story of Nari and Váli was well known. It had driven Loki mad not to mention being bound and slowly poisoned by a snake.
Athelstan frowned as he listened to the man. Nari… It sounded familiar but he couldn’t remember. Then, all at once, he realised where he knew the name from. ”Ragnar’s brother told me a story once.” He spoke quietly and carefully, glancing up at the man nervously. “He said Nari’s entrails were used to bind their god Loki in a cave…”
Loki grimaced. He sighed softly he then looked at the moon. He thought of his son Fenrir and the two wolves who chased the son and moon. "It is true, bound in the entrails of his son. Venom dripped onto my face, my poor Váli turned into a wolf. I never found him. It made me so angry." Loki shook with rage. His green eye flashed all the brighter. His eyes didn't look at the priest. Crime Family AU; The Children of the Liesmith
Did you hear what they did to those poor kids? The oldest boy, he was alright, Odin kept him like a little pet, well trained and polite. The other three? They were monsters. That morbid girl, those fierce boys. They got what they deserved. The little ones though, that was a shame. See, no one’s exactly clear on what happened for real but they say Odin was behind it. He tore those boys apart and drove one mad till he shot his brother. They say Loki stopped fighting after that, stopped running, they say he gave himself up. They say it ruined him.
