Forgot to do an intro post, but I think now is probably the best time :]
(Still figuring out how to work tumblr so apologies if this isn't how you properly do an intro post!)
---
-I am sam/nagisa I really don't mind!! My interests are mainly focused on DnD at the moment but I am in other fandoms like wof and mcsm on occasion.
-my special interest is g/t (basically like ant man and stuff.) I've had this interest for a very long time now!! So you will see alot of that on my page. Its nothing more than just a silly interest! I'm more fixated on the concept itself and it's honestly really cool!!
-I do not post on any other socials
-asks are opened! Regarding art requests, genuine questions, and suggestions! As long as it ISNT suggestive or in mean spirit.
-I have a very irregular posting schedule and work very slow concerning art!
-just some other facts because its an intro post. My favourite color is teal, my favourite mc mob is an axolotl, I LOVE TEA, I love the ocean and that sums me up!
Old doodle of my ocs as dragons :) still pondering my oc to be a sea silk? Let me know what yall prefer.
The larger one (Sturgeon, no name change needed) is a fantribe based off their actual race as a "kraken born" a species of aquatic that tends to be larger than others. But her spikes makes her part icewing. They love eachother very much. Happypride month!!

Convict at some point was taken from his blood moon, now freshly mutated and... Tiny. Tiny by Grace's standards of course, alternate universes don't always mean the same scale of everything.

âŚWhich is where Grace found himself now staring at the sub on his table. He should have asked Rocky more questions before giving him the cold shoulder.
He laid his head on the table; he really was an aloof scientist at heart.Â
He had turned one of his rooms into a mock science lab a few months ago when the Eridians began bringing him samples, but he was at a loss for where to start.Â
He had the equipment to open the sub, but he didnât know what to expect when he actually opened it. He halfheartedly hoped the creature inside (or human?) would attempt some means of communication before he did so, but it was concerningly quiet. As if devoid of life entirely.Â
Adding to the inner turmoil, the longer he sat thinking about it, the less time he had to rescue whatever was inside. If he kept sitting and staring at it, the oxygen inside could very well be going down. Rocky had said the internal atmosphere was the same as Grace's, so he should be okay to come out if Grace opened it.Â
At the cost of definitely scaring the dickens out of the creature inside.Â
Grace sucked in a sigh through his teeth and resolved himself to try to communicate first before he went popping the thing open. If he were a small, little, intelligent lifeform in a different place, heâd want to be talked to first. That's given itâs going to understand him at all.Â
He tapped the side of the sub, very professional.Â
âHeeyy⌠Little buddy, if you're in there, assuming you are and you can speak English and understand me, you gotta give me some sort of sign⌠At least before I go hacksawing into the side of your little sub, itâs a sub, right?âÂ
His hand stayed in front of the sub where he tapped, now awkwardly resting halfway on the sub as if petting it. It was cold to the touch and, most of all, damp with the blood on it. He was still confused about how it had blood coating it in the first place.Â
Grace inwardly cringed at his wording. It was awkward and clumsy, but what else could he do?! He didnât have a lot to go on; he didnât even fully know if they spoke English!Â
He also had too many questions about the reasoning why it was in a submarine to begin with; submarines werenât built for space travel. If Rocky was honest in finding it on a moon, why a sub? Why not a vessel built for space travel-...
Before Grace could continue pondering in his head, a bright flash of light came from the front of the sub underneath his hand. Lighting up his skin red and momentarily causing him to freeze as he withdrew his hand as quickly as possible. That was something, that was communication! Whatever was inside had some basic form of understanding!Â
Intelligence!! Real evidence of more intelligent life apart from Rocky was right in front of him!Â
âŚAnd whatever he had flashed at him started to hurt too, ow! He shook his hand around to get the stinging out from underneath his skin. Grace didnât mind all too much though; it was just a dull aching pain in his hand that was closest to the sub. A defense mechanism, maybe? Why did a sub need that anyway?Â
Whatever was inside did not want him touching the sub, not that he really minded as long as he had to get him somehow out of the thing. He couldnât imagine it had much room inside, or much more oxygen.Â
âAlright! Thatâs a start! Whatever that thing on the front is, it packed a bit of a punch. If I were you-sized, that would have really, really hurt.âÂ
He turned to his desk drawer and pulled out a few supplies to get the little guy out, or girl. Yeesh, that was a whole other can of worms. That conversation with Rocky was long and confusing. He hoped whoever was inside had preferred pronouns; he had to stop assuming every alien life was a guy.Â
Whatever was in the sub clearly didnât like what he was saying because it flashed another bright light. This time, Grace wasnât close enough to really feel it.Â
âNot that I meant it didnât hurt! Your light beam is very strong, I'm sure. I'm just a big guy,âÂ
He scanned the tools heâd gathered. He didnât want to hurt whatever was inside by being too rough, but he didnât have many options. He had an abrasive cutter, and he was sure he could hook up his water jet across the room. Only issue with the water jet is he would absolutely drown the creature inside, so that was a no.Â
On the other hand, his abrasive cutter was smaller and would work, but it was much too loud. It was loud to his ears, and he wasnât supposedly hand sized with little ears more sensitive to noises.Â
He shelved both ideas, as much as he hated being so barbaric, he would have to use his diagonal clamp cutters and hope the metal wasnât thick enough to not let him through. It would look scary, but it would do the job and hopefully not hurt what was inside.Â
Heâd never been more grateful for having this many tools at his disposal. Rocky had given him plenty to work with after he came to Erid and showed interest in cutting open various rocks and samples.Â
âAlright buddy, hereâs what im gonna do,âÂ
He pressed the sharp side of the cutters to the top of the sub where he saw the most welding, hoping to find a weak point to jab into.Â
âIâm gonna get the lid off of this thing, then you and me can have a proper chat and hopefully get you some fresh air, just uh⌠Back from the middle if you can.âÂ
To emphasize his point even if it didnât understand him, he hit the middle of the sub. Not too hard, but enough to hopefully scare it away from the center. Heâd rather it be scared for a few moments than hurt by Graces haphazardly cutting.Â
Grace could hear a brief sound, it was quiet and heâs sure he would have missed it if he wasnât already stock still and silent. He heard the sound of something moving before another bright flash came from the light in front of the sub, and another, and anotherâŚÂ
He wasnât happy at all with the predicament it seemed, Grace's eyebrows pinched together in concentration.Â
âI know, I know⌠If i didnât have to do it this way i wouldnât.âÂ
He murmured quietly before pressing the tips of the cutters into the sub, thankfully they were sharp enough to weasel between the welding. Bringing more questions to Graceâs mind. Why was it so easy to get into in the first place? Not that he was complaining, but he would prefer the creature inside to have had a safer mode of transportation from wherever he was from.Â
More flashes of light came from the front, one right after another as if panicked. Grace paused his cutting after getting a decent sided hole in the top. It was just enough room for him to get his cutters into whenever heâd get the creature to calm down and move. He was just a little too close for Graceâs liking.Â
He kept his voice low and as calm as he could manage as he backed up, letting light filter in through the little hole. He wasnât going to press his eye to it even though he wanted to; he knew better than to stick his eye near a foreign object without goggles.Â
Heâd learned from sniffing and not wafting the Blip-C that Rocky threw at him all those years ago. Taking proper protection was very important.Â
All this being said, he still wasnât wearing any gloves or goggles. Great.Â
He reached into his side drawer and pulled out a pair of gloves heâd had extra from Mary. While his head was down, he could have sworn heâd heard another noise. Peering up as slowly as possible, he saw a little hand sticking out from the hole.Â
âŚA hand. A little, flesh colored hand, with webs between its fingers and small, pointed claws at the tips.
He couldnât help himself; heâd let out a gasp. That gasp was apparently enough to startle it back inside. He put on his gloves quickly as quietly as he could manage before wheeling himself closer again.Â
âHey, no no no, itâs alright! That was a good gasp! Can you do that again bud?â
If he could get the creature to stick its hand back out, he could confirm it could understand him. They could establish communication just as he did with Rocky!Â
He waited and waited⌠Nothing happened. Not even a sound came from the sub. He groaned inwardly for getting too excited and startling it away.Â
âOkay⌠Well, I'm gonna need you to move to the front bud. I'm gonna pop the rest of the top off so you can at least get more airâŚâÂ
He went back to it, this time tapping the back of the sub where he assumed it was resting previously. Hoping to get it to the front where that light was, so he had more room to wiggle his cutters into.Â
As carefully as he could manage, he pressed the cutters inside and snipped away the metal. It wasnât as thick as heâd expected it to be, but it definitely had layers. It was almost a relief that it was easy to get into, but it made him all the more concerned just exactly why it was in this sub to begin with.Â
Grace paused with basically chopping into the top of the sub to try to let the little creature inside calm down. He couldnât imagine this process to be pleasant at all for the little guy inside.Â
He chastised himself for calling it a he again. He had to stop assuming every single alien life-form he comes into contact with is a he. Granted, itâs only happened twice, but twice was more than enough.Â
Setting the cutters as quietly as he could manage on the table, he carefully moved his hands to the metal he had begun to cut most of the way. He left a small flap, intending to just pull it back to open it the rest of the way. The metal was sturdy at some point, but Grace was big. Big enough to pull it open all the way without causing too much strain to his fingers.
âŚHe was for sure going to scare whatever he was inside by doing this, but he had to get it out somehow.Â
âAlrighty⌠Just gonna get this open the rest of the way, then we can figure out the restâŚâÂ
Grace didnât know if he was talking to himself now or the creature inside. His words were low and came out incredibly soft; in some world, he hoped he was being comforting.Â
This all reminded him far too much of his first time meeting Rocky, that unsureness with stepping into the unknown. This creature could very well have sharp teeth and not be sentient at all. It could have already killed the original pilot of the sub for all he knew.Â
He was getting too far ahead of himself. With a deep breath, he wedged his fingers underneath the metal he had already mostly cut away. His fingers began to pull the metal back; it let out a god-awful cracking sound before breaking off entirely. Clattering to the table as Grace stared shocked.Â
Heâd hoped it would have bent, but no, it just entirely shattered. Oh god that probably looked downright barbaric.Â
âSon of a biscuit!... Iâm so sorry-... I didnât mean to do all that-...âÂ
Grace stared at the metal now on the table, awestruck at the brittleness of the sub. Before he could continue his apologies, he couldnât help but wander his eyes inside the sub. Letting his sentence draw off for a few moments.Â
Inside the sub was more blood to his shock, much too much blood. An unnatural amount.Â
Heâd seen a hand, so where was the little guy at⌠Grace leaned forward, now tilting his head to the side to see into the sub more clearly, and there he was.Â
Grace was certain it was a he now; there was no mistaking that.Â
The little creature looked human-esque, which was the most shocking to Grace at the moment. Here he was expecting some form of savagery when he finally got into the sub, but no. It was a man, or at least what looked to be one.Â
He had longer hair; he couldnât tell what color because of all the blood. Which sat at about his mid thigh, if he had to guess. He wasnât standing, instead curled beside the console of the sub. Heâd wedged himself there, it seemed, and he stared up at Grace with wide eyes.Â
One of his eyes was even glowing⌠How could that have happened? Was he born with it? Was it an adaptation of his environment? Or justâŚÂ
His chest was rising and falling at an absurdly fast rate. That couldnât have been good.Â
âHey, no shh⌠Youâre alright! Nothing's gonna happen to you bud-...âÂ
Grace cut himself off as he saw the little man's eyes roll back in his head, now thunking against the console with a dull thud. Slouching more into the blood, Grace now could see those clawed hands clutching his own forearms.Â
â...-dy⌠Shit.âÂ
The human part of Grace's mind yelled at him to leave him alone to wake up; the other side told him this was the perfect time to get him out and hopefully get him somewhere more comfortable.Â
He was naming this side the scientist side of his brain because there was also an itch to see just how many more adaptations he had that differed from himself.Â
With a deep groan, he resolved himself to the science side. He carefully tipped the sub on its side, careful not to get more blood on him. Which was proving to be hard, as he tipped it, the blood pooled onto Grace's table. He didnât find himself caring as he finally saw the little guy's upper body poking closer to the opening. He reached in and carefully pressed his forefinger to his chest.
âŚBu-dump⌠Bu-dumpâŚ
Oh, thank god he was alive.Â
As carefully as he could manage, he slid him out the rest of the way onto his other palm. Now cradling his form, he could see him much more clearly.Â
First of all, he was small. Grace knew he would be small, so it wasnât a big shock, but he was also exceptionally built, which was something he did not expect from someone so small. He was about 6 inches tall, if he had to guess, but there was another thing to consider about his height.Â
He had a tail, an honest-to-God tail. It was slimy, and Grace really tried not to poke at it, but it rested against his hand, as carefully as he could manage. He turned his hand to roll him onto his side.Â
The creature's tail was slimy, and it resembled that⌠Well, now that Grace was looking at it, it didnât look like much of a Salamander's tail at all. It was armoured ever so slightly. Grace used his finger from his other hand to run it along its tail. Not even regarding the man in his hand much anymore.Â
âŚEven as he stirred.Â
His tail was armoured, and honestly, it reminded Grace more of a pleco. Black, and as Grace ran his finger along it, he could see red highlighting it as well. Little photophores lit up as well, glowing ever so brighter. It was a faint white color, which he could only assume was so dim because of the blood making everything so slimy.Â
Photophores! He was some form of sea creature! Grace could have assumed as much with all the fish-like features. His eyes dragged up his back, taking note of the little fins on his back; there were two. A smaller one on his lower back, and a larger one about in the middle of his shoulder blades.Â
It looked like he could flare them in and out if he so wished. Grace was thankful he seemed to be resting. Otherwise, those little fins would have packed a punch into his hand. They looked sharp too.Â
Little photophores also lit up along his spine and on his arms. It was hard to tell with all the blood sticking to his skin, but it looked like his left arm was slightly more armoured than his right⌠Was that another adaptation? What was so different about his left arm than his right?Â
Alright, Grace. That's enough gawking at the scientific marvel in his hand. He pulled his finger away and finally stood. He was going to wipe him off with a towel and wait for him to get up on his own. It seemed like he was alright in his atmosphere, so Rocky was right in that department, but he didnât want to risk water.Â
The little creature in his palm stirred a little before settling again. Grace didnât notice it again.Â
Meanwhile, Simon missed the slight petting on his back and arms. He wondered how long he could get away with pretending to be asleep. He was much too keen on soaking up the warmth from his savior, his own personal heaven.Â
He hated how he got welcomed into heaven, but this guardian seemed kind enough. Much too kind than what he deserved.Â
Some notes: Heavily inspired off of Aphrodite and Amphitrite. Hiding lil hearts in her glowspots.
(And her tail shape is heavily based @/vegan-chicken-nuggies :))
She rarely surfaces, usually found tending to coral reefs. Her colorful scales are from a distant rainwing relative. In coral reefs however, her light colors blend in well with the seas flora.

I feel I've stuck with the group of ocs I have...whitch I love. But for artfight like I stated, I want bigger options. But I'd very much appreciate any suggestions or inspiration ideas like images or descriptions ect :)) I noticed I've been stuck making the same oc everytime I try and make a new one
