INTRO
Hello, salutations and greetings. Per the latest suggestion box request, we(meaning me your humble apartment supervisor Trash and their bestie Roxx) have started a blog. We will be keeping everybody informed on the latest in Guild news, nonGuild news and answering any question that come our way.
Some background.
I, Trash Bandit, have been running this place with zero confirmed casualties for going on fifteen years. If there is a concern in the building, Guild member or no, it comes to me. Then I work my raccooney magic and fix it. My apartment is located on the Very Nice fifth floor and my door policy is open. Look for the (hopefully not stolen again) suggestion box shaped like a raccoon.
Now, my lovely assistant in this, she is a bit more shy than yours truly. But she is a fully fledged Guild member with an aggression level of four or five, (I forget which). Don't let her family of goody two shoes fool you, she is a professional baddie to the extreme. She number two's for the up and coming Doctor Doppelganger, who after much cajoling, may make an appearance here as well.
Now the super fun thing. If you need help and don't want to trek all the way to the fifth floor, look for one of the two depicted below. I spend a lot of time in the mailroom playing referee because turns out, a building full of costumed baddies means lots of conflict. (Go figure.)
