Hehey! Alranon, GM of Amberstaff here. Yes, He was in our guild as a Rogue, Vaneith- And was kicked for sexually Harrassing four Female members. After we kicked him he retorted with a seiries of insults and blames- And then he rejoined as a Paladin and we only found out it was the same person after Wowtracking him. 

Needless to say, He is not a good person to have or represent for your guild. He regularly called out other guilds in Trade and General, Almost causing issue between Amberstaff and Shadowstep unit- one of the best SI:7 guilds out there ran by a Rogue who really knows what he’s doing; Saroes. He’s currently ( 1-18-2017 ) Moving his toons into the Sha’tor after trashing them in my guild multiple times. Eyes open! He is a dangerous man.

Boy howdy. 

I ran into this guy on Hordeside today, where he felt the need to send me a nastygram about how he doesn’t approve of the way the guild my Demon Hunter is in operates. (Zomg, the group includes socialization, how dare they.) 

He basically has these ill-informed headcanons about ‘lore’ that are the no fun allowed kind, like the guys who believe that all Death Knights must be murder machines with no personality, no exceptions, and he can’t seem to just walk away from someone doing something he doesn’t like, or go bitch to his friends. Hell no, he has to go out of his way to whisper you and tell you exactly what he thinks. 

He’s a lot of big talk and big criticism for someone who does absolutely nothing. I told him if he didn’t like the guild’s concept he didn’t need to join, and he could start his own. 

From the get go I told him that I was really tired and didn’t want to argue, that he can do him and I’ll do me, but he wanted to argue anyhow. I’m an ornery bastard after 2 hours of sleep and a 5 hour calculus exam. He really really chose the wrong person to start shit with.

So, since he’s got a history of Sexual Harassment and his douche canoe capsized, here’s a bunch of names he used at one point in time or still uses so you can avoid him.

Running of the Trolls 2k17! Year 3!

The Third Annual Running of the Trolls (#TrollRun2k17) will be held on Feathermoon-US Horde Side on June 10th at 6pm PST/9pm EST, starting in the Troll Starting Zone!

Our goal this year is $2,000!! Let’s make and smash our goal!!

Running of the Trolls 2017 will benefit The Trevor Project, a nonprofit group that is focused on suicide prevention among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, and other youth. The Running of the Trolls will help us celebrate Pride Month, and encourage the younger members of our community, both in and out of World of Wacraft, who may most need support and help through their teenage years to reach out for it, and to encourage the rest of the community to help.

The Run starts at 9pm EST (that’s New York City time), 6pm PST. All Trolls will leave the starting zone at that time.

Showing up a few hours early is encouraged and advised. The time that the crew will be on site to invite people will be announced on this blog, Dravvie’s twitter, and the Warcraft Cares twitter.

How do I join in?

To join in the day of: Simply go to Feathermoon-US or it’s connected Realm Scarlet Crusade US and create a level 1 Troll and log in during the hours before the race.  Our race crews will be there inviting to official racing guilds. You can also /join TrollRun to chat with fellow Trolls. The guilds will have awesome tabards and everything, you just have to mail yourself an heirloom tabard (or purchase a normal one) since they’re Bind on Pickup now. 

A note about Racing Guilds: We ask that even while it’s hectic, or there’s multiple guilds, that you join only the guilds we’ve confirmed so we are able to count how many of you all there are for the purpose of increasing donations. We’ll be working hard and fast to help all of you!! 

Why Trolls this time? What will this do?

We have had a BLAST over the last 7 years going on our yearly run with the Gnomes  and we’ve always been asked if we were bringing the event or an event like it Horde Side rather than just invading your capital city as part of the after party.

With all of the silly, funny, hilarious, and Trollish questions we’ve gotten over the years, Trolls and their bright colorful hair seem like the perfect choices to take on an adventure across Azeroth!

Just like we’ve done all these years with our Gnome friends, the entire event will also be to raise awareness and funds for a charity we truly love, The Trevor Project. We’ve raised $2,1000+ to to help LGBT youth so far collectively over the last two years.

A note about Trial Accounts: While you can run along with us on a Trial Account or similar such account, you will be unable to /join TrollRun and join a Troll guild, however, you’ll be able to come on the adventure with us, and be counted!

Your gnome runs have a specific hair color, what hair color should I pick?

Unlike our gnome runs, we feel that you should have a say in what hair color you decide to give to your Troll. There are a lot of different pride flags that are very important during Pride Month, so we feel like you should pick whatever color makes you most happy. Pick something from the pride flag that means something to you, pick a color you love. Pick a color that makes your Troll look great. In the end, we’ll wind up with a rainbow!

I’m full on character slots on Feathermoon and I’m Alliance only/I have a Troll already on Feathermoon or Scarlet Crusade…Do I have to roll a new level 1?

You don’t have to! You could put on a fun outfit, maybe change your hair color, bring a mammoth or a drake and rescue lost trolls! And run along with us. High level “Honor Guard” escorts are always really appreciated. We’re heading through the Plaguelands, so help is always welcome. ;)

Do keep in mind that the organizers cannot, and will not, offer cross realm invites to anyone during the event.

Where are you guys Running?

We’ll have a full map soon, but we’re heading to Silvermoon from the Troll starting zone; through Orgrimmar, on the zeppelin, all the way through Tirisfal, and then through Ghostlands to Silvermoon City!

Guild Rules - read them or I get your shins

For the love of Cthulhu, follow the fucking rules. Swearing is alright, dick jokes are a-okay, and talking about the bird’s sex dungeon/Cornwall’s bedroom are all fine.  If this bothers you, please turn on your filter.  You know what’s not fine? Racist jokes, rape jokes, and derogatory remarks in general. Three strikes, man.

If you happen to have been graced with invite privileges, do not abuse them. Someone asking you about the guild and you’re not sure how to respond? Send ‘em my way, even if that means sending in game mail to Ginash. You invite someone’s alt and there is no way for you to edit their note/rank? SEND GINASH IN GAME MAIL. We have unmarked alts and I don’t know who these people are.

Addendum from boss: Veterans have the ability to change notes and ranks. They always have. If you invite an alt as a vet and don’t do either, I will demote.

Do not harass or stalk another guild member or player.  Begging (ex: “Can I have gold?” repeated in gchat) is also not allowed (if your toon is a beggar ICly, thaaaat’s a different story, but that stays IC).  If you need help, just ask, I’m sure there’s someone that wouldn’t mind running you through whatever you need to do.  If you have a problem with another guild member, talk to them. If you need a mediator, you have two GMs and an officer, grab one of us.

In other words - no guild drama.

If you take things out of the gbank, terrific, that’s what it’s there for.  But please, for Light’s sake, replenish it.  Take a bag but can’t make bags?  Cool, drop some cloth in there.  Refill the reagents from the garrison mines/gardens, those are easy and I feel like I’m the only one refilling them.  I want to auction some of this shit for gold, man.

If you mess with my organization or put greys in the bank, I will end you.

We are an LGBTQA+ guild!  If that bothers you, please kiss my asexual ass (and Boss’s bisexual one).
