Chocolate almond raspberry cake, with cherries on top.
Macarons generally scare the crap out of me and although these weren’t perfect, I’m pretty happy with how they turned out for a novice like myself.
I whipped up a batch of raspberry and rosewater macarons, and pistachio chocolate macarons.
Admittedly not all of them will make it to work for my colleagues today, seeing and I’ve broken my “diet” and had three for breakfast already.
Whoops.
Nintendo cake I made for my little brother's 21st last night.
Made these for my cousin's bridal shower over the weekend- engagement ring donuts with a little help from Pinterest.
Home-made mango and lime frozen yogurt with blueberries and fresh mint.
I did lots of cooking over the Summer, that's what the warm weather's all about- spending time with friends eating good food, and chilling out.
Christmas wreath pavlova from last month!
Take me back to Tokyo.
I had these fabulous giant macarons at 'Niche on Bridge' in Richmond today and may I just say: wow.
The coolest thing I've seen in a very long time. I love me some edible accessories.

Had lunch at Bill Granger’s in Tokyo today- happened to stumble across it which absolutely MADE my day.
The food was just as good as it was in Sydney and it was packed to the brim, which is always a good sign.
One of the absolute highlights of my trip and gave me a little taste of home.
(And always proud to see a fellow Aussie doing so well all over the world.)
Greetings from Tokyo Disneyland. Sorry Mickey but you were so goddamn delicious.
Speckled egg cake complete with matching bench top. Happy Greek Easter everyone!
Had an impromptu tea party with cupcakes from Joy Cupcakes in Doncaster yesterday. Look amazing, but lack a bit of sweetness in their buttercream (which tastes almost just like whipped butter). Having said that, we still demolished them...
When my father invested in a pizza oven, I had no idea how fun and easy pizza was to make. And also it’s god-damn delicious.
Pizza night at my place usually involves my mum trying to help put toppings on, my dad having a temper tantrum because “that capsicum isn’t on perfectly” because “if it goes in looking like a dog’s breakfast, it’ll come out looking like one”, (Greeks are very serious about their food it seems), and me, making the dough because I’m the only one who can.
Though it’s really not that hard at all, so now I wonder if that’s just an excuse. Hmm.
Here’s a link to the super easy pizza dough recipe I always use, which comes out perfect, light and fluffy every time. Nom nom.
