Familiar yet so different| Trish and Deadpool
He cackled as she spoke, āOh trust me. I know. I know a lot of things. I even know about all those nights you held Dante, wishing he would love you too.ā
He then blinked as she vanished and looked around quickly. He then yelped and leapt back far enough to avoid the blow but the tip of the sword still tore a rent across the left side of his armor. He then growled a bit and charged forward. He would then suddenly leap into the air, sending both his feet in a dropkick towards Trishās chest. If he hit, the she-demon would be sent flying into the building across the street. It was obvious the mercenary was a lot stronger than he looked.
Trish didnāt get truly angry, not very easily at least, but this guy was pushing it. With the lack of practice controlling her inner demon she might not be able to control whether or not she triggered. Especially if she was injured too terribly. āWho the fuck are you?ā Her tone was level but held too much rage to be convincingly calm, at this point she wanted to tear this guy apart, Wade Wilson or not.Ā
The she-devil was too busy being angry about his comment to evade the drop kick in time, her body was hurled into the window of the building, shards of glass tearing through the leather of her bustier, leather pants and into her flesh. She hissed in pain as soon as she caught her breath and made her way to her feet. āSon of a bitch.ā She stepped back through the window, dusting glass from her body. Her cuts healed almost instantly and she cracked her neck. āYouāre really going to regret this.ā She remarked, before her figure blurred leaving behind a crack of static, the noise rippled through the area, before she finally reappeared right in front of him, swinging the blade diagonally toward his shoulder, if the blade hit, it would continue on itās path across his chest. Ā
He chuckled as she went straight through the window, prying another grenade from his belt and pulling the pin. He tossed it into the store after her and a few seconds later, it unleashed a deafening explosion. But she had already left. He went a bit wide eyed as she slashed at him. He pivoted in place, the blade cutting through his armor and drawing blood. He managed to avoid losing the arm though.Ā
He hissed with pain before bringing his own sword to bear. He hoped her own powerful swing would be throwing her off-balance as he sidestepped before lunging forward. The thrust was aimed straight for her solar plexus. threatening to pierce through her chest and out her spine.
