TINFT-Toxic Parenting is often overlooked as most children and in fact also adults fail to recognise the signs that makes their parent(s) toxic. It is not uncommon to have experienced any sort of trauma , but it is imperative that we understand what causes trauma. Toxic parenting does not necessarily have to be the prime reason for trauma and deteriorating mental health but nevertheless it still remains a reason. Hence, we call upon everyone to take great care of themselves and if in need do call for help

Although the constant surfacing of this topic, many people are still unable to understand its significance in our lives. Mental health is an increasingly imperative matter for one and all.
