Little brother just screamed like a little girl, and threw his headphones across the room. Apparently there was an earwig hiding in the foam on his headphones and it crawled into his ear. i saw it crawl out. i'm horrified for him.

modern albert da silva who comes into school every month with a new injury. he’s that guy that’s got a wrist brace on one month and it’s off for a few days then he’s got a boot and crutches. and it’s always for the stupidest reasons

Okay i do 99% agree with this, except for that they're all stupid reasons. I feel like Race is more the type to get injured doing some dumb dare, but Albert is a fighter. Like- constantly. My boy has serious anger issues, and is extremely protective of his friends (esp Race who has way too smart of a mouth for his own good) and the younger newsies (i guess just younger kids in a modern au) and hence is always getting injured because he'll get into fights with more than once person even knowing he's outnumbered.

he probably did try skateboarding a few times though and ate shit but still keeps doing it cause it's "cool"
