I love me some hijack (obviously) but one of my favorite things to think about in regards to their relationship is how the rest of Berk, including Hiccup's friends, think of Jack. It's so funny to me!
Because, if 6ft athletically lean Hiccup is a runt, then they must think 5"10 rail thin Jackson Overland is a walking corpse! Which, I guess he is, but that's not the point lmao XD

Babysitter Headcanons for the Levi Squad Boys
Levi is the best by far out of the group in terms of the fact that the kids would listen to him without question. He already is pretty much a babysitter for most of the series so I don't think I have to break down his tactics too much.
Connie would be good with kids too, he'd just be more chaotic. He's already an older brother so he knows how to be annoying in a fun way. He'd get them into so much trouble sometimes but he would also gladly help them out of it and take the blame for stuff.
Armin would be fine with kids, but I think he'd be too strict and boring for the rowdy kiddos. They wouldn't really respect him, poor guy lol.
Jean would try his hardest and maybe be able to manage the calmer kids, but the chaotic ones would catch onto his short temper and pridefulness and use it against him to get what they wanted. Ether that or Jean would be too distracted by a girl across the street to actually do his job.
Eren is confused by kids. They make him uncomfortable and he thinks their gross. He just wouldn't want to be there and would let the kids do whatever they wanted because, "They have to learn how to survive in this cruel world on their own." However, there is a very rare chance that a kid might be brave enough to strike up a conversation with him, and if they aren't annoying and are respectful, Eren might make a connection with them, and do his best to take care of them. His way of taking care of them is probably not the healthiest though since he'd probably just teach them to follow their dreams but giving into their base impulses of revenge or something.

I think Marco would have been the best with kids. He has fun baby sitter energy you know? Like he's keep everyone on track with bedtimes, chores, and safety, but he'd also come up with super fun games and let the kiddos have an extra snack or two. I just like the idea of him giving a kiddo a piggy back ride, or pushing them on a swing. RIP Marco bro.
Reiner and Jean have the energy of to guys that grew up together in a small town, and like they weren't really friends, but they knew each other because the town was so small. Anyway, Reiner seems like the guy who was the golden boy of the town, who got disgraced after having being found out as being a drug dealer and had a mental breakdown because of it. Jean only cared about it because he learned that Reiner was the person who sold the drugs that killed Marco, to Marco. He's hated the guy ever since, but since life got so busy and Reiner was never around after the breakdown, he didn't think much of it until University. It was there that he found out that he and Reiner became roommates by happenstance. Jean doesn't want to deal with this but doesn't want to complain since he worked so hard to get to this school in the first place. Then over the year they slowly get to know each other and find that, even though they have differences, they're really similar, and they eventually build a complected but heartfelt friendship.
I like the idea of modern AU Hiccup enjoying rock climbing. Like properly scaling mountains and stuff with the gang. He's such an adrenaline junkie and I love him for it.

I think Tuffnut has schizophrenia. The evidence supporting this is him at times appearing to have delusions, especially around Chicken, and repeatly gets paranoid throughout the show. Theres also him seemingly having quite disorganized speech or thoughts at time. It could also explain the seeming disconnect between how he acts and what seems to be widly varying levels of cognitive ability at different times.
I also headcannon Ruffnut as having schizotypal personality disorder but I cant think of any evidence for that

Post Canon Connie Feels
I get really sad when I think about Connie after the war. He just lost so much over the years: his entire village, his comrades and mentors, his innocence, his father, his siblings. Like, he's had to fight through the most unimaginable hardships at such a young age just to lose his best friend right at the end. I can't imagine that he would have ever been able to forgive Eren. No matter how much he and Connie had been through together as soldiers, his memory of Eren would be forever stained by the fact that he killed Sasha and almost all of humanity for the sake of a selfish dream. I think it'd also change the way he saw his friends that still spoke positively about Eren, like Mikasa and Armin. He wouldn't hold resentment against them; he'd understand the nuances of the situation, but just hearing them talk about the man that betrayed them and destroyed the world like he was someone to be honored... he wouldn't be able to stomach it. He'd refuse to visit Eren's unmarked grave, and while the others understand, I think Mikasa in particular would take Connie's choice personally. His rejection of the man she fell in love with would hurt her heart so much and cloud her judgment to the reasoning behind Connie's feelings. They wouldn't vocalize their feelings to each other, but the situation and the changed dynamic would cause a strain in their relationship over the years.

I'm not good at articulating my thoughts and emotions, so I wanted to pour them into my drawings in hopes that I can convey them this way, I'm forever grateful for the opportunity to live in the world you created!!
I like to think that Reiner and Annie enjoy playing music together. Like Annie started off playing guitar as a way to build her identity outside of the sports her dad forces her to play and she fell in love with it. And Reiner just picked up the guitar because he thought it would help him win over Historia, but then he ended up really loving music. Reiner seems like he'd be good in Language Comp (I don't know why either), so he'd be the lyrics man and Annie would wright the music. But while they can get into the flow of working on music together, it usually doesn't last because they bicker like siblings and end up annoying each other too much to finish a set. But regardless, they really enjoy spending that time together, but they would never admit that out loud. You'd have to pry that information out of Annie's cold dead hands.
Erehisu has such a nice aesthetic. The warm farm scenery, Eren's contrasting dark hair with Historia's blonde hair. Her pink against his brown and green. luv them.
Content Shift
So, I've recently entered into the wonderful world of the Rise of the Brave Tangled Dragons fandom. I got drawn in by the siren song of Of the Northmost Winds and Skies (if you haven't read this fic before, I cannot recommend it more!!!), and now RotBTD has it's vicious jaws around me, slowly swallowing me whole, and gnawing on my skeleton like a starving fox.
My obsession with the Big Four has gotten so bad that not only have I begun watching the entire Dreamworks Dragons series--which I did not previously know existed--I'm also putting in preparations to write a fic. Surprise surprise, it's NOT a modern AU! Ooooooohhh!! Whenever I join fandoms, I ALWAYS get super big into AUs. The kind of AU I lean on depends on the media, but most of the time I engage with and create modern AUs. With RotBTD though, I've been leaning more into the idea of fantasy AUs, which isn't usually my style. I'm so pumped about it though! But I digress.
In saying all this, since I have a handful of followers, I just wanted to update y'all that I'm going to be posting about RotBTD along with my AoT stuff. I won't stop posting about AoT since at the end of the day, I mainly started this blog to rant about School Castes and share my ideas about this anime. But since I have free will, and can't be bothered to make another blog, I just thought I'd share my stuff on here.
Sorry if this post was unnecessary, I'm still pretty new to this whole blogging thing, but for those who care, thank you for reading! Hope this change of pace isn't too jarring :3

Mikasa is definitely the type of girl to tell dry jokes that she thinks is funny, and when she does, she's always like, " Get it?" At the end of the joke. The punchline/delivery is awful, and no one laughs, so she tries to compensate for it by telling another HORRIBLE joke.
(She definitely uses her birthday as an excuse to force people to watch Twilight with her. She'd defend that movie with her SOUL... like no girl.. no one wants to watch Twilight...?)
