sorry for the rant but i’m livid
So IRL I’m a store manager at a retail store(won’t say the name bc yk) but one of my employees (another manager, the lowest level of management) called me and said they were going to be late. Keep in mind, I worked a 12 hour shift today because she left the store a MESS, like clothes on the floor, nothing cleaned up yk. We’re extremely busy, already made our money for the day plus $2,000 and we’re understaffed I only had 3 associates on the floor and I was ringing. So I asked her why and she, word for word, said “Why the fuck does it matter? You’re always late anyway.” LIKE BITCH, 1) DO NOT DISRESPECT ME IF IT WAS NOT FOR ME HIRING YOU(SHE’S ONLY BEEN WITH US FOR 3 MONTHS) YOU WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB 2)I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR 3 YEARS, I STARTED AS AN ASSOCIATE AND WORKED MY WAY THROUGH 5 LEVELS IN 3 YEARS, I HAVE NOT BEEN LATE MORE THAN 3 FUCKING TIMES 3)WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE
like i get that you’re a pissed that you are 35 fucking years old and you’re boss is only 20 years old but this is my fucking store, do not speak to me that way.Â
So when she came in, I spoke to her in the office and she literally said “do you think because you are in a higher position than me that you can talk to me like this?” BITCH ALL I DID WAS ASK WHERE THE ATTITUDE CAME FROM. AND THAN SHE GOES “I’M TIRED OF BEING TREATED LIKE A CHILD HERE” ALRIGHT SO ACT YOUR FUCKING AGE. DO YOUR JOB AND GO HOME.THIS IS MY CAREER, I HAVE GOTTEN MANAGERS FIRED WHEN I WAS AN ASSOCIATE BECAUSE MY DISTRICT MANAGER SAID I WAS BETTER AT THEIR JOB THAN THEY WERE DO NOT FUCK WITH HOW I PAY MY BILLS AND CARE FOR MY FAMILY.
 So as I’m on the phone with my district manager about this situation and asking what she thought I should do and this bitch comes in and asks to put in her two weeks so my triple scorpio bitch ass told her not to even bother because today is her last day and to hand her keys over at the end of her shift.
