Progress Report time
I'm getting an operating scale this weekend. Same as my old one. RIP.
So yay, celebrating.
I got weighed sometime this month and I was 160lbs. So I lost a little bit of weight from when I last weighed myself in July.
6 pounds lost(2.9 kg)
1 BMI point dropped
8.6 inches overall lost
Weightloss wasn't significant but I dropped sizes and that, for me, is pretty significant.

With my mental health more stable, my motivation and scale ;my eating disorder will disorder the way I want it to this month.

****Progress report time****
I don't know how much I've lost because my scale needs to be replaced. It is le f*cked.
July was a dark month, literally because of winter and because I had a psychotic relapse which means plenty of psychotic episodes.
I didn't meet any of my July Resolutions except eating more calories.
I started working(a freelance thing) with my sister so most times she ate, I had to as well. I ate alot. I really don't know how i lost weight this month. The hours I worked left me really drained so I didn't incorporate any exercise.
My mental unstability lead to being supervised alot. And they finally realized that I had lost weight. It took 40+ pounds(The "best" family award definitely goes to mine )
Thank God July is gone
But atleast I got the gift of seeing my Ribs! I can finally see them.
I will try to meet my resolutions eventually, even if it's slower than a snail on peanut butter.

Another month has passed, so it's progress report time.
*The pic is shitty because I took it early in the morning( i can't weigh myself infront of my siblings or they will rat on me)*
Anyway......
1st June- 1st July
30 Days, and 23 pounds(10.5) dropped.
30 Days, and 11 500 calories consumed.
30 Days, and 3.8 BMI points dropped.
I am NO longer Obese, officially Overweight! I'm more glad about this than having reached my goal weight.
July Resolution:
Incorporate physical activity( walking and some calisthenics) into my days. I need to build muscle.
Increase calorie intake.
Slower weight loss.
