Hi dear anon, thank you for your kind words, i wish you have a good day! About the anatomy, trust me when I said I was not good at anatomy and this is only my suggestion and experience...
But for starter,i suggest you can try to find different poses of realistic people on pinterest, Try to follow the curves of the body, feel free to draw the pose without any Focusing on practical aspects, as then your mind will be opened and you will be more imaginative when it come to create anatomy. Then u can practice different perspective of blocks, triangles, circles. The first struction i just told u can help you create the anatomical framework with curves, after that u can apply blocks as body's muscle into your anatomical framework that u had just drawed.
Here some tips and note from me you can ref :
•Man's chest is bigger than their lower body ( their ass) while woman's body has the lower body bigger than their chest ( most of them ). They all have shoulders that are longer and bigger than their heads so please don't draw head bigger.
•Most of my study are from Chinese artists from an app named Xiaohongshu ( rednote) it's an chinese app and you know how talented chinese artists are 🫶, they do have English so don't worry about different languages.
